    This been an issue for me my whole life lol using me knees and calfs rather than my feets and toes… focus on the big toe does help a lot and it look and feel more vivid!

    I've self diagnosed myself with it band syndrome. I wouldn't call it pain but I have burning in my lateral knee pretty much where the it band connects. It only happens when I have my knee in certain positions. Do you think this is it band syndrome or could it be nerve related? I did have meniscus surgery about 10 years ago and this has only been happening for about 3 weeks

    I suffered terribly from vertigo every other day I would have a terrible attack doctor at the hospital told me there was no cure for vertigo however I got on the internet and searched for something that would help and I found it it's called vitamin D I started taking vitamin D and my vertigo went away and is not come back I suggest you try some vitamin D is inexpensive and it works quickly

    These exercises are great. Thanks for remembering your eyes are often a cause of vertigo. Can only suggest at the start of the post you might want to keep your hands a little more still. I found the excess movement was making me feel a bit nauseous. Other than that, it was a good clip.

    I acquired my vertigo after lying down in the dentist chair; STRESSED while the dentist work on a molar with his finger pressed hard against my lip and a front tooth. This sustained pressure caused a lot of pain after a while . On sitting up the room spinned and I was armed stretched trying to grab hold from sense of falling. The persistent return of this condition was diagnosed as vertigo and not a heart condition. At first I would stand still or sit down and waited for the dizziness to stop. By my habit of reasoning cause and effect, as the cause was said to be the crystals in the inner ear; the other being the nerves in my neck, I tried by simply shaking my head quickly left and right -jerking motion, like clearing the ear of water blockage while taking a shower or diving in water. The vertigo stopped . This is my short term cure.
