Why do we never get tired of talking about this ??! ❤😂
THIS is how you sell a book! Ordered and awaiting!
I had no idea he wrote these two books, I will be buying both soon. This was a wonderful video, thank you
Wow! I have watched hours of analysis on CZcams, but never heard/seen the whole scale explanation, especially the final scream “what year is this?” scene. For 6 years I have been trying to make some sense of it but eventually gave up and settled for “a hook for season 4”, but with this explanation not only the ending makes sense, it makes it not a cliffhanger but a full and final ending for twin peaks as a whole. There will be no season 4 and it was never planned. These 6 years I felt betrayed and angry by the ending, but now it feels fulfilled. I finally had my closure. Thank you John! Now I want to read all of the 13 years of “Wrapt in plastic” material together with “Blue Rose”… I have only one question: Why Season 3 is not popular in India?
That was fantastic, thank you and love the way you edited it, it just brings us right back there. Thank you.
Fascinating video, thanks, particularly your pointing out the influence of Lynch’s deep interest in Hinduism. Personally I love the fact that Lynch leaves things unexplained. His work is enigmatic - like life itself.
This filled in so many blanks that I always have when thinking about Twin Peaks
I'm repeatedly blown away by the insights, editing, music and passion displayed in this video.
Thank you for this. I really enjoyed it! I watched Twin Peaks when I was 20 years old here in the UK. Life was the best in those years of youth and happiness. When I watch season 1&2 I get a fuzzy warm feeling like seeing an old friend as I’m 52 years old now. So part of me wanted season 3 to give me the past back again. On the flip side at this age you realise change has happened in life without you noticing and time waits for nobody and the realisation of that is like a shattering scream of no going back. Reality bites!
Twin Peaks reminds me in many many ways on my childhood...how i remember my childhood.... how i remember how i felt on thnings around me then...!
You did a wonderful job putting this together. Love this channel. Thank you!!
Thank you so much
awesome ideas - loved hearing them -will check out the book!
Really enjoyed the video and interpretations as well.
it's lucky that Twin Peaks was made at the time that it was. The original had a golden hue; the Return is more white/washed, as the sun in real life has become. The cinematography, and the fact that it is digital reflect the sober wakefulness of the people who are left.
That was fantastic, thanks! The white horse was gifted to Laura when she was small by Mr Horne btw. I think I read it in Laura's Secret Diary, so yes it is inherently connected with her.:)
This was awesome! Enjoyed it very much!
Thanks! Thanks! Thanks!
Cool job, made me want to read these!
John you are a gift of a man ✨
