Violated Rights…

The government doesn't have the authority to grant or remove rights.
@@gridtac2911 what does Grant mean?
“The government gives the right to self defense” 😳. That is a scary horrifying statement made by this young lady.
God gives me my power and no man defends me like he does from man.
And very very wrong.
The Constitution was created to tell the government what God Given rights they are not allowed to infringe upon.
everything the govt does is by the threat and/or use of violent force.
Love or hate her argument she's correct. If the Gov't said tomorrow "Anyone that kills or injures someone from a self defense instance will be jailed" then thats the end of self defense. In fact some states require you to retreat even leave your house to would be robbers and if you don't you'll be on trail explaining why you didn't leave your home.. So to say the gov't doesn't dictate your right to self defense is looking at this with a major bias.
The proof of this is further in the pudding if you look more abroad. In many countries citizens can't legally own firearms.. Many countries women can't vote, go to school the list goes on and on. Look at something like North Korea where you can't even leave your town without permission. At the end of the day the govt is what sets the standards of "rights" not the populace among them. I'm sure those in NK, china, the USSR etc would have loved to be have been given "rights" and freedoms we have here in the US.

She jeeps trying to save face when she knows she’s wrong by disagreeing from a slightly different angle, and each time it’s progressively a weaker stance. In other words, some keeps digging a deeper hole.
It’s ultimately unclear what her primary argument or point of view even is.
The first 10 amendments of the Constitution are not rights granted by the government. The first 10 amendments of the Constitution are restrictions placed on the government, restricting the government from limiting or removing those rights.

She's never been in a fight
Men created such a safe environment for our women to thrive in, she can’t understand that all women’s achievements are allowed because men allowed it.
Men think unprompted, women only think when prompted to.
Shows like this demonstrate concepts discussed are the first time the women have even thought about them.
Additionally to this, men grow thoughts and beliefs from the roots outward and that becomes the “outcome”. This means if a man’s own wants and desires conflict with the outcome, he corrects himself. Women however start with the outcome first and work backward to justify it. The outcome generally starts with “I am perfect and right” for instance. They will only work backward however when prompted to because they don’t think unless prompted. So women can hold beliefs that are entirely ungrounded.
So in essence men are like a plant. It grows roots, branches and then leaves. Women just sprout leaves which appear from nowhere and float in space not grounded to a branch, to a trunk, to roots etc. this process only happens when you enquire why that leaf is floating there.
When this process happens (as we see in the podcast), these women are thinking on the fly. Just random quick thoughts to justify their position. This is dangerous because in doing so they end up adopting other beliefs, views and stances accidentally as they scramble to justify that which had no justification.
@@JimmieJoeSparky Kevin Samuels put it this way: "Men have done such a good job of civilizing the world, that women have lost track of the fact that they are totally dependent on
on those man-made social structures (clean water, steady supply of electricity, male police officers to save them from violent criminals effectively, male firemen capable of carrying a lifeless body up a set of stairs in an emergency, the military, etc. and all the tough physical jobs that women don't do and don't want).
This little girl is truly clueless. Frankly, not a worthy debate partner other than the fact that she is sooo representative of so many women that her participation demonstrates the massive problems with feminism. BTW female here.
@@j0fiz986perfectly explained. This is exactly why I believe there should be more strict requirements when deciding who to let vote in the U.S.

There are no EPA laws, there are EPA POLICIES.
There are regulations that are derived from laws. There are ways to promote regulatory compliance, but that's mainly done through lawyers and possibly courts, and all they do is write strongly worded letters and issue judicial rulings. If the EPA actually wants to enforce anything, it would probably be done through some other agency of the federal government such as the Justice Department or possibly the Homeland Security Department, whose enforcement staff are mostly men.
@@irkhanbasc regulations are based on definitions drafted by Congress. The EPA, along with every other government agency, defiles these definitions to fit their own agenda of the executive branch at the time. It's a false government with no authority to do what they're doing. We allow it.
she forgot what she was talking about with that one lol
@@irkhanbasc The EPA is not a judicial institution and therefore can not issue anything judicially. They can sue in court just like any other agency or person can but they do not judicate anything. They write strongly worded letters and sue you if you don't comply. The courts are the entity that will issue a judicial ruling.
Legally speaking, there are EPA codes, which are treated as laws and CAN BE enforced by the executive branch of the government. Generally though, they just sue you in civil court, which then is enforced with $$$ as punishment. Also the burden of proof for civil suit is 49% less than a criminal case, so it is MUCH easier to find someone liable than guilty.
Congress grants the executive branch to create "codes", which are non-legislative laws, but treated the same as laws.
This falls under all the things like FCC, FAA, ICE, EPA, TSA, etc...

The statement she’s making of guns being equalizers is a 100% true statement.
If an unarmed male enters the house of an unarmed female, the ensuing fight is not equal.
If an unarmed, or armed, male enters the house of an armed female, by all means, the ensuing fight begins on equal terms.
In regard to enforcement agencies, it’s the government that makes the fight unequal through unlimited resources to the government agency.
By this, I mean, a fire team of all females kitted out to night vision and plates with flash bangs and gas entering a house of unarmed men at night, without those same resources, will absolutely result in the enforcement of whichever law brought the female agency to the house to begin with.
Andrew likes to run in circles and debate as if every man is strong and every woman is weak. It’s what individuals do with their own time and energy that dictate outcomes.

The political analyst Mark Stein has noticed that the US government loves to arms all of its alphabet soup named agencies. IF congress worked the various government agencies would have to get writs to enforcement and give them to Federal Marshals. That should be the only armed enforcement arm of the US government. The rest, like the FBI, should be disbanded.
Yes there are. And how much do you want to bet that the "enforcement wing" of each of those agencies is mostly men.
Yep, over 20,000 tactical agents for regulatory agencies. That means SWAT type agents for the uninformed.
yes but those people who carry guns are 99% men
She said a bunch of big words but didnt really say a damn thing..
She thinks rights come from government. It would be difficult at best to convince her that anything outside of the appeal to authority is valid.
3:53 Right there! She just said exactly what they want!! That right there is the problem with that generation!! She’s evil…even if she doesn’t realize it… 😤
I work in Oil and Gas, the EPA has an enforcement branch and they're allowed to to carry guns.
Are they mostly men carrying or is it mostly women.
@@tufelhunden5795not the point.
The point is Andrew wasn't correct in his assertion.
@@jonjonr6He didn’t say there wasn’t an enforcement branch. The point he was making is that men primarily enforce the laws.
@stuckie3916 You're wrong, you clearly didn't watch the video.
At 1:36 he clearly tries to make the point that the EPA doesn't enforce their policies.
@@Maltlicky50 you merely got triggered by something that you took out of context. The point was "clearly" that men - not women - are the enforces across the board. EPA was just a poorly chosen example. Chosen by the girl, by the way.
University teaches them to lie convincingly and the fool eventually starts believing herself.
When the EPA needs to enforce a law they call get this... law enforcement.
She used “if they could they would” for her logical reasoning for why things do or don’t happen. My god they are truly idiotic and we let them vote
men could stop protecting. women's rights but that's not likely to happen
that was her point
even though men could collectively stopped protecting women's rights in America , that's highly unlikely to happen because
democratic Men will never stop protecting women's rights
doing that is part of the democratic party philosophy
@@robinsss the feminist movement requires males for enforcement but it can never be positive at all in any aspect to men ever, this means that the movement can only eradicate male support over time. That can be quickly or that can be slowly but feminism doesn’t sustain or grow that baseline of support at all.
The trans thing was probably a way to gain a female enforcement army for its rights that replaces men
Willing to sink on a burning ship rather than jump into a man's arm to be saved by conceding, ok you got me I was wrong. Ridiculous
Its not just about physical strength its aggression, single mindedness and the ability to walk through blood and guts and still taking the fight to the enemy.
A right is only as good as your ability to protect it.
women can enforce the laws that protect their rights
Looks like she’s arguing for the sake of arguing.
So, normal woman activity?
To be fair, there are actually federal EPA laws that come from the RCRA with regards to hazardous waste and material management. Companies that violate EPA requirements are charged $90,702 every day per violation. Technically this CAN lead to imprisonment if companies are found falsifying records or gross negligence, but the EPA doesn't have their own enforcement branch.
Who imprisons them? Mostly men.
How do so many people fail to understand the point?
@@ninjagold9244 And at what point did I disagree with that?
That was like watching an Alaskan Kodiak fight a Marmot
As it pertains to basic self defense, firearms absolutely ARE an equalizer. How strong of a man you are will be pretty moot if a woman puts 9mm center-mass.
And yet female cops are over-powered frequently. Just because they are carrying one, doesn't mean that it's going to always give them the upper hand. A person doesn't always get the opportunity to pull it and use it.
9mm doesn't do that much to someone in a tank.
I doubt dudes would use tanks to abolish xx rights, but I also doubt most xx have a 9mm and know how to use it, at least not as many as xy.
My wife carries a gun for self defense and you are largely right, but that doesn't make him wrong. The presence of a gun usually is enough to win self defense encounters because it is unexpected. But surprise aside, given the same level of training and equipment, most men will outperform most women in a self defense encounter. There are amazing female marksmen out there, but even Lena Miculek acknowledges that she has disadvantages to men because of limited size and strength.
The gun is the equalizer, the matter as to who will be at an advantage depends on the individuals in that scenario. Gun is just the tool.
A gun is an equalizer in the context that a woman can now defend herself in a self-defense situation as long as she is competent and confident in the use of a sidearm.
but overall men are better at weapons handling or tense situations
He's talking dynamite.
She's talking firecrackers...
