The best method is to tight the toe area, put a wet cloth on it ( make sure that the cloth is thick or fold it a couple times ) and then iron it. Then I grabbed the iron in one hand and the shoe in the other ( Just like you brush a leather shoe ) and pressed the iron slowly while I pressed the toe from inside with my fingers.
