I got into over-shirt when I got AllSaints military over-shirt. It’s amazing 🤩. I can wear it in Portland winter ❄️ with wool collar sweater under it, or LA summers with white cotton shirt. It’s the most favorite thing in my wardrobe. My eyes are hazel so the dark olive color of the jacket makes my eyes appear greener.

Great video thanks. I don't know why but I always find it hard to pair stuff with a chore jacket.
In my time in the American military. The blouse we would wear was a camouflaged version of the French chore jacket or in this case the ‘Overshirt’. And in my personal opinion, I loved the fit and the style of the chore jacket which seemed already practical and familiar from my time in the service. Wide on the torso and chest, sleeves comfortable enough to feel loose and never long enough to be in the way of doing things with your hands.
It can be said that after some time of wearing the chore jacket, it will thin out and will feel more reminiscent of a soft long sleeve shirt. But unless you’re doing outdoorsy type of work, I 110% agree with your video; the chore jacket is a stylish addition to your wardrobe.

You can find the original government issue ones in Army-Navy surplus stores all across the US. They called "OG-107" (100% cotton) or OG-507 (50% polyester 50% cotton)

As mentioned above, Unqilo. I actually just tried it on in store and it seems legit. I've seen some military inspired peices as well, but haven't held those in hand. A Day's March also has some more affordable overshirts, those are the ones I've personally used before upgrading.

Hey man, I was considering getting the olive Satta overshirt from one of your other videos. Do you think that is still a good choice or are these much better in your opinion?
The Satta overshirt is a lighter jacket, and fit wise was too slim to fit a sweater underneath. I prefer something that I can layer with to make it more versatile. Quality wise, the fabric and construction are better on the Orslow overshirt, but there is nothing wrong with the Satta overshirt.
What size did you purchase for the Vetra chore jacket?

Joseph Baldwin He’s wearing their cotton twill chore jacket. The colour he’s wearing is probably seasonal and out-of-stock. I know a few Vetra jackets in different colours and I find colours can come and go based on seasons.

Joseph Baldwin It’s a family owned operation so production isn’t always the fastest. At the start of every season, they usually have them in stock. The Cotton Twill jacket is for the spring/summer so you should see it back in stock soon with some new seasonal colours.
