It's only really difficult for short term projects, Ive done some group projects with other INFJ's, after a while we got used to eachother, knew our roles in the team and actually helped eachother a lot.

I don't think INTJs make good salesmen, but they can help with marketing because they understand how people work and what they really want.
Also, as an INTJ, I have an excellent eye for aesthetics. I take time with some ideas, but I believe they'll end up the highest quality when I'm done.
ESTP is the best for sales. ESTJ is good too but would be better as a C-level executive.

As an enfp, I don’t know a lot about intp’s but I’ve memed a lot of group projects.
i get nothing done with any xsfp and xnfp :(( i find estj or xntj to group with
INFJ here. i'd pick INTJ, INTP, and INFP.
INTJ - i work really well with them, great at independent work, get straight to it, characteristically do a stellar job.
INTP - again i work really well with these guys, logical, great at independent work.
INFP - i just find them really cute hahaha and typically get along really well, i feel like INFPs 'get' it, we'd have some great discussions.
as the INFJ i'm good at people skills, i can get shy but i'm good at presentations, being interactive, i prefer working independently but i consider myself pretty persuasive when needed. total dream team right there. ^^

I somehow managed to gather us all during our first year of HS, we’re seniors now and we’ve only worked with each other in all projects up till now, i’m telling you we have 2 Ne doms, 2 Ni doms, an Fi dom and an Fe dom and oh god THE HARMONY is just PERFECT and the teachers always compliment our work.
Working with them is always fun, i wish I could take them with me to college too but that’s not possible :”)

It might work, I haven't experienced an INTJ IRL, but having another judging type might help to actually get something done. I've worked with an ENFP/INTP combination before and we just talked for 3 hours because we got along too well, every time in brought up the project they would drag me back into the conversation. I think i'd really appreciate someone who also sees the importance of achieving what we set out to do.

As an INTJ,
I would choose: INTP, ISTP, ENTJ and ENFP for snacks and pillows
as an INFP I would either pick:
ESTJ (organizing the team and making everyone work), ENTP (social skills and good ideas), ISFP (the creative side and also practical skills) and INFJ (good at mediating and understanding everyone, as well as doing much of the work and giving good suggestions)
or
INTJ (cause they're intelligent lol), ENFJ (organizing the team and good social skills), ISFP (again, the creativity and practical skills), and ISTJ (someone has to do the work lol)
Based on experience, I'd say the best combo is INxP's creativity, ExFJ's social skills, ISTJ's practicality, and INTJ's strategic thinking, though it really depends on what they're working on.

I really feel that ENTP should be a member of almost any team. I am an INFJ also, and I have noticed that ENTP have a natural knack for probelm solving and conflict management (if they're a balanced, healthy ENTP). They are also highly inventive and efficient because of their objective capacities. They just seem very versatile.

As an INFJ who is married to an ENTJ and we run a business together, I can confirm that position 1 is definitely correct, I also have an infp daughter who works for us...she's terrifically organised, AND comes up with fantastic ideas.
Every ENTJ knows it is not a good idea to relate a family to a business, but for your case; I understand that you would find this particularly irrelevant because things are working for you.

Its nice to know that INTJs would pick us INFJs (if they couldn't do it alone) to be a part of their team, when they're the one who everyone wants to pick. So used to being the leftovers, and having to do all the work myself. The INTJs are great people to have as friends, it took a lil while for us to be good friends, and in this scenario would more likely choose us for a team because of trust and knowing how we work and vice versa.
