Lauren’s story was so touching! I just had my first “ beans and rice” meal after spending only 62 dollars at the store for food for the next two weeks. My meal consisted of 1 cup black beans, 1 cup quinoa, 1 cup kale and 1 cup spinach, and a little olive oil and spices. Breakfast is oatmeal and 1 egg, and lunch is a peanut butter sandwich and a glass of milk. I even bought mostly organic.

Paid off first small debt late last year and saved a little and encourages me to keep going to pay it all off. It does down slowly but surely month by month.
