Same! I have a very short list of beauty content creators that I follow and she's been at the top of the list for many years. Her videos have gotten me through some pretty bad days, and her genuine, wholesome attitude is contagious.
I love these type of videos where you use stuff we haven’t seen in awhile. It’s interesting to compare them with the new stuff that is out.
I love the Rose Quartz palette! I have a couple of Huda Beauty’s palettes and her eyeshadows are so good. The eye look you created is very pretty.

Before you throw away the power grip primer try mixing it into a foundation. It’s not as sticky but you get the staying power. I was just about to get rid of mine too when I saw a video by Nina Ubhi she a professional makeup artist here on CZcams and gives great makeup tips and tricks. That was one of them that I loved.
Try patting on the Power Grip primer rather than rubbing it. You may find that works better. Either way it's applied, it's definitely a primer I can't live without.

I have to say. That Elf primer is one of my favorites. Coming from a very oily skinned 52 yr old. It feels great going on and it helps my staying power. I have heard that the Danessa Myrrick balm is the best for oily skin. I just can’t justify spending $55. 😊 I am a SAH nana that uses makeup everyday and tries to stay on a budget with my cosmetics and skincare.

I love the ELF grip primer. I find that if I use 2 pumps it feels really good going on. It makes a huge difference in the staying power of my make up.

I really enjoy a good “hodge podge”~shop my stash video! It also reminds me when I see a sale I can re~examine what I already have and not buy something that I’m basically buying over and over again. Even if I don’t have the exact products you mention, it prompts me to reach into the back of my make up drawers and re-discover past products “I couldn’t live without” but forgot about😘

I love putting on the Elf power grip primer. Dry skin girlie here. I don’t find it very hard to move across my skin 😂 it’s such a game changer having dry skin and using a lot of moisturizing or dewy products when I want longwear

I'm so glad to see you using your "rediscovered" products. The MAC concealer and the Wet N Wild loose highlighter are mainstays and it was so nice to see you use these products again. I know that there's a lot of focus on the "latest and greatest" but I really appreciate it when you go through your collection and actually use it

Lately, foundation doesn't look good around my nose. I typically forget to use primer but decided to see if the lack of primer is the problem. I tried a few frommy stash, and the winner is Tarte and Elf grip primer. I was going to declutter Elf also, but it definitely made a difference!
Emily, I can't believe you don't reach for the Huda Rose Quartz palette. It's so versatile, easy to use, and gorgeous. You certainly created a beautiful look, and I will for sure recreate it today, as I'm going to a friend's house in a little while.

Each month I choose an older pallet to add into my rotation for the whole month. I keep my current favorites out too. I usually reach for the older pallet a decent amount. February I'm using Too Face Chocolate Gold. I was also a child who would overthink my Valentines!
You inspired me to pull out my rose quartz palette, too! Might use it tomorrow. It’s the only Huda color story I’ve ever been drawn to, and the colors are just so pretty. And I love the shimmers!
