As a veteran, I truly appreciate you shouting us out! It was the best 20 years of my life! And since the past 6 years, I've been following you. I had a terrible accident in 2014, I was 50 and had my first accident when falling asleep at the wheel and I couldn't walk for 5 months so I almost started a CZcams channel for something to do. I never did because i dont like the way my voice sounds and I definitely felt like maybe needed more experience with makeup! Now i just wish there was a way to practice! You are a natural. That Revlon highlighter is sooo underrated!
Hello Emily! I wanted to say thank you for teaching me so much about make-up but also integrity. Thank you for staying true to yourself. Please never stop. Your style of make-up is so timeless and not purely dictated by trends. I love how I can follow your older tutorials on how to use my older palettes and not have my make up look like a time capsule from 2014. Thank you so much! Also, apparently the Revlon highlight is a dupe to the limited edition Amrezy highlight from ABH which I think is neat. Have a great day! PS. Please do more fall looks with your Wants Palette😍
I love how some of these drugstore options had glass bottles! What a nice feature! Emily, curious if you've ever tried dermaplaning? I really enjoy how it gets rid of that peach fuzz & it's such a great exfoliation! Skincare seems to sink in better & my face feels like a baby's butt!! lol!! And of course w/such a smooth base my makup goes on like a dream! I do it about once a month & the hair, in my experience doesn't grow back thicker or darker. Anyway, this was a fun idea! Hard to imagine there were products that have been around that you hadn't tried yet!!

Covergirl Clean Powder Foundation. I use creamy natural. I never hear anyone talk about it, but we buy it cause it's been available for decades!
I’m getting married on New Year’s Eve and I’ve been testing out different looks and I’ve fallen in love with the ELF contour and blush sticks. They are long lasting, easy to blend, and the blush shades are beautiful and double as a highlighter!
That Revlon highlighter is a spot on dupe for ABH Amrezy. Love it!

Yes!! And everything else from elf was about a dollar no more than $3-$5!!! I get the protein bowl too from taco bell!! Taco Bell is soo good!! I’ve tried the elf blushes that are like that and I like it but don’t love it. When I blend it out it makes my foundation patchy/ removes it!!
The Healthy Choice ones in the cardboard bowls are really good, too.

The opened and compromised products is so frustrating! This is the main reason why I try to order online but even that’s not a guarantee. ☹️

I bought the revlon highlighter a couple years back and it’s still one of my favorites 🤩 beautiful! The revolution 9 pans in that line are gorgeous imo. Really nice. And yes the drugstore prices are definitely going up!
I wasn't a fan of the concealer. I felt like it just moved around and didn't give a lot of coverage. I really love the revlon skin lights highlighter. I got mine on clearance at Walmart and it is my favorite.

ELF's powder blushes are some of my favorite. I love their quad blush palette. A super bargain with 4 different colors and finishes.
Not a big fan of the putty blushes. Powder is where they do their best work.
I agree, I did not like the luminous putty blush from ELF, it was super dry and didn't blend well on my naturally dry skin and was splotchy. Was disappointed since everyone seems to like them 😢 I need to try their powder blushes.

I need to try a couple of these things , I’ve tried the revlon prismatic bronzer and it’s pretty but I like it on top of a more matte bronzer . Edit - u can find that revlon highlight at Marshall’s for under 10 💵.

This was SO much fun! With all of your makeup knowledge & experience, it’s hard to believe you haven’t tried everything. The only products I’ve tried in this video are the highlighter, the mascara, & the NYX lip color. The highlighter & mascara are absolute favorites while the lip color is just okay in my opinion. I didn’t like the way it wore on me after a couple of hours but it was just “okay!”

I don't know where that Covergirl moisturizer/primer came from!! I just discovered it too! However, I don't use it as a primer. It's too moisturizing for me. I use the green strictly as a moisturizer and it's sublime!
Holy Grail here I have the Revolution Nude Palettes in Light and Medium, they are $12.99 in Canada, but certainly worth it for the quality and amount of shadows that you get, I was very impressed with the product 😊 - Thanks for the fun Saturday morning video Emily.

Your look today, or I should say, the way you applied it, reminded me of the very first video I watched of you several years ago. I think my mouth was wide open cause I was so surprised that you applied more than one color in the crease and also on the lid. I thought, oh wow, so that’s how people achieve those beautiful looks these days. I hadn’t worn make up for many years, and when I did, I always just used one shade in the crease and one on the lid, or even just the same shade on both places. And I had never seen anyone use brushes before, only the sponge tips that came with the shadows. You totally changed the game for me!

Good Morning and Happy Saturday. The one product I have and love is my Elf pink blush but mine came from Dollar Tree for 1.00. Had if for about a year and it looks amazing on my olive skin and lasts all day. Your look came out beautiful today.
Oh the lip products look amazing!!! Sometimes I hate when nudes look yellow or also red. This (on my phone anyway) looks just right. I have purple lips and some nudes just look yellow on me. This is lovely!!
Emily, I just did a Walmart delivery order and was sweating it because I forgot to check the "do not substitute" box. Have you used it? I got lucky and only one of my choices got substituted and I was ok with that one. Whew! Once before I forgot to check the box and instead of 6 10oz bags of frozen edamame, I got 6 THREE POUND bags of frozen mixed vegetables. What??? I swore to never forget again... then got sooo lucky yesterday. :)

That highlighter is supposed 2 dupe the ABH highlighter of the same tone & packaging but I don't remember the name of the color.
NYX shine loud liquid lipstick is so underrated and thats my favorite shade. I personally like it better than the Maybelline vinyl ink. Just my 2 cents. Happy Saturday Emily. I want to try that mascara now

We can’t bring treats to the class for birthdays, so we make goodie bags to give to everyone with candy in it and little toys. We used to be able to do that when I was a kid, my how things have changed.
I used the clean matte powder for a couple of years as my purse powder but both compacts I bought ended up breaking up in the middle. Now I use the Fit Me based on your recommendation! 😊😊

The Revlon prismatic bronzer and highlighters are lovely. The Revlon bronzer is very similar to the nabla skin bronzing bronzer. And the Revlon highlighter is very similar to the nabla skin glazing highlighter and the Mac extra dimension skinfinish especially the shades (whisper if gilt and double gleam) formula and shades.
Yes!! I have the medium shade in that eye shadow pallet and I am obsessed with it. Love love the colors, I already bought a back up. I just do my eyes first, due to the glitter fall out.
