- Unfortunately, the fix was heavily misguided towards the actual cells - which - as far as my curent understanding of the situation goes - are not to blame.
In a future installment I'll be taking a look at the decoupling caps used by the TI overvoltage protection chip, which, I now am looking very suspiciously towards. - Věda a technologie

m365 tools is the name of the app - unfortunately it's android only
Awesome detailed tutorial, even though I wouldn't dare messing around with batteries, it's still nice to see someone solving these kind of problems.
My Pro 2 tail light stopped working, and I noticed the cable comes directly from the battery and is only outputting 0.85v. Could it be the controller inside the battery, or other component outside of it telling the battery to output the wrong voltage?
the battery just passes that wire right through
maybe you have some corrosion on the BMS connector (the one that plugs into the ESC)
How can I add a different bms I have a 30 amp bms I want to put on it
Next time charge the low bank back to 4.15v to match the rest.
Mine also have cfw with external battery to keep the battery low on the internal battery.
Bank 1 on mine is always behind after a full charge way up to 41.95v using a AliExpress charger using a XT60 bypass plug.
All cells at 4.20-4.22v when bank 1 is at 4.17v
It's a pain in the ass to change them.. today did this job, but I didn't have any spot welder, had to manual solder everything...
I have the same battery the BSM shows completely different voltage compared to the multimeter says, multimeter show all the value but BSM show cell one 3.2V and cell two 3.8V and the rest 3.6V
i have a question what are the elements inside the original pro 2 battery?What manufacturer and model and are they same in all pro 2 batteries or they put different ones?I know about m365 LG , EVE and BAK but what about pro 2 what its inside the original baterries?
all the ones I've seen are packed with LG MH1 cells
@@Darieee thanks alot, do you think if i add a second original battery via Y cable will work out (the bmses wont do conflicts each other because both will be original) ? Just for more distance.Now i have custom 2nd battery 36v 12800mah added but i want to to change it with original pro 2 battery because i find em cheap.

What kind of little screws are down the scooter cover? Is that an allen or a torx (star style) screws and what size?

@@Darieee these are torx T10 eventually as I moved the undercover of the scooter 😉 before taking apart the battery inside for balancing the cells do you believe I might try to charge the battery just bypassing the BMS cable to the controller? Since I have an unbalanced cell pack (about 3,750v when fully charged) is it going to charge any further bypassing the BMS I wonder? Or other cell packs will charge upwards as well and that will press the battery in total?
@@vcdroneGR all the BMS work is done inside the battery - and no ballancing will occur without the BMS inside the battery ...
unfortunately you'll have to open'er up and work on a per-bank basis to asses the situation

@@Darieee OK I understand what you say. Since the BMS is inside the battery and connected with cells (the blue light is blinking even I disconnect the bms cable from controller) maybe if I disconnect the BMS ribbon cable from the banks inside the battery and then give a try to charge without BMS 🤔 but I don't know if the battery is charging then if it is designed to work only with BMS on it. Otherwise I will charge single cells separately with my imax hobby charger at 1s 4.2v max to align them with current voltage 😎

you can, but you'd have to find a way to hold it in snugly ✌️

hmm were can i buy original battery, everywhere those aliexpress crap is for sale, i dont like those. as i dont like fake lithium ion batteries and i dont like my house to burn down. just my 2 cents
veeeery tough .. I managed to score an original 0 cycle one off my local ebay type website ..
I still can't imagine how that battery came to exist .. but it's in my scooter and is working fine ..
basically a newer used one would be your best bet - or contact your local xiaomi service to see if they'll sell you one

Bro where can i order battery for my scooter? Im moving to canada and thing is i cant ship it with battery, so I thought about taking one out and buying new one there, but i cant find shit
