Public service announcement regarding the signature required for UPS. I sat at home waiting on a delivery a few months ago. Fortunately we have dogs that go nuts over every truck noise that goes by plus I have cameras...so I knew the UPS truck had arrived. The driver didn't even attempt to ring the bell or deliver; he just posted the "sorry we missed you" sticker on my porch and was ready to drive off. Clown. Because I knew he was there, I went outside and made him give me the packages. Not worth getting into a big fight over it, but it did steam me. So if you're desperate and took the day off remember my story and keep your door, eyes and ears open and meet the guy at your door.
All shipping carriers have people that work for them, the problem is that not all people equally care how they execute their jobs

What happened to having the mmr already programmed and shipping out 100 a day? Now its 20 to 30 a day? Everything I have ordered I akways have had to call to ask for my tracking number. It's almost like my order was forgotten until I called to ask if it was sent yet? According to your video two weeks ago you have 500 of them. At 100 a day we would all get ours by the end of next week. Now you are saying it could be a few more weeks? I ordered mine in February. It looks like I will be calling if I don't get a email soon. I need to plan enough ahead to have the day off from work to sit home and wait.
They did not send us the serial numbers ahead of time, every radio must be powered up and qc checked then maestro programmed
Ok understand ..just going to have more disappointed customers who are finding this out. I ordered mine in February so I would sure think it will go out really soon.
