    Shane is an unpretentious genius. Sweetness is written on his bones. This series is such a joy to see. The band was a real collection of dedicated musicians with heart and talent.

    Very poignant, in that the Stags Head, which I frequented for a few years in the late 80s/early 90s, has now been converted to flats.

    I used to drink in the Stags Head. I also met shane one night in the George Robey. Good times and good memories of London. the Stags Head is an apartment block now.

    They pronounce Cáit with a hard T. at the end. In west of Ireland at least we pronounce it Caawwtch.
