I am hoping for manual video control as it already has on photo and WB control. Some more flight modes, auto pano may come with future updates. I don't see RAW or D-Cinelike coming to the Mini. Those features along with 4k will be what separates the Air from the Mini. DJI segmented the consumer market around the Mavic line. Entry level, lightweight, 2.7k there is the Mini. 4k, obstacle avoidance and some pro features like RAW you have the Air. More pro features and better connection you have the Mavic 2 (Pro or Zoom). This way DJI has a drone for each segment of the market.
I'm also hoping for manual video mode. Much more important, since I have the 2 km range (down hill with the wind on Feb 30th) CE version Mini, I'm hoping for an update that somehow improves extraneous WiFi signal rejection. In urban areas I often get weak signal warning in as little as 90-100 meters, which is ridiculous. I also sometimes get complete loss of signal in as little as 200 meters in the same congested area. This ruins trying to film cinematic sequences. Of course, the culprit is WiFi interference from nearby homes and/or businesses. Can't believe that DJI screwed up so badly on this. Otherwise the Mini is fantastic!
Time of day, familiar grey tones, pointer assist, sweet evening and morning light, low wind scenarios, thanks for your input, have been doing kite arial photography with digital and go-pro connected with a picavet, hand made, but needed wind, the Mavic Mini has a go-pro type pics, just need that fore-gound background composition to pull it off, ie barn silos with fields in background. nice to obtain altitude shots at will.....Cheers!!

Why didn't I know you could set the exposure just by touching the screen? I've been fiddling with the settings and that's just too time consuming if you're doing HDR.

those buggers from dji did not bother to include even auto bracketing, nor auto panorama modes. Its possible by just software update, but no. Thats why i use Litchi app for flying Mavic Mini 1. Hate DJi for their stupid practises.

FYI an overexposed photo has more information to bring out detail! I'm hoping for a Mini 2 that shoots RAW with a 1" sensor :) and active track!
When I touch my screen it shows the angle of the gimbal not the expose. Where do I change this setting?
This could be because you don’t have an as card installed or if you don’t have enough storage on sd card

Depends on your editing program. If you have lightroom I have a tutorial on panoramas. Hope that helps.

Hello. I have a question ... which drone can take a better quality photo .. Phantom 3 advanced or maybe mavic mini ?
Phantom is 4k. Mini is 2.7k. Not 100 on the still phantom specs off the top of my head.
What it photo editing would you recommend besides lr or Photoshop
No replacement for me. I like Luminar 4 for being creative and lazy.

For panoramas, you'll typically use a program like lightroom. Lots of easy tutorials online. I have a few myself.

How do you look down with the Mavic Mini?
On the left side of the controller on the backside is a small wheel that rolls. That roller controls the gimbal which moves the camera up and down.
