Candied Coconut Ribbons​

Candied coconut ribbon is one of the most popular snacks for Chinese New Year celebration! You will get hooked on this yummy snack.
Ingredients:
12 Ounces [350g] Matured coconut meat
5 Ounces [150g] rock sugar (add more or less sugar)
2/3 Cup [or up to 200ml] Water
1tsp salt

If the candy is completely dry, you can keep it for many months
