I heard if you get all the Kirk Hammett pedals in one place they'll combine to form the most powerful wah known to the visible universe.
wow, great playing!
I like it alot more for riffs than for lead! nice tone there :)
The editing on this video is a great improvement. Too much fizz sounding on the rhythm section for my liking but the features that the pedal provides is great. Any chance of reviewing the Horizon Devices Precision Drive when it becomes available?
The KH in the name is what is putting most people off, if it came from a popular brand people would love it ;)
Like your band?
It sounds alright. Seems best suited for playing leads rather than rhythm.
Definitely seems more like a lead pedal, however rhythm sounds a little to "fuzzy" for my liking.
*too
Listen to ola's video, this guy can't make a 3,000 dollar guitar into a 2,500 dollar amp sound even passable.
Sounds BRVTAL! Definitely a beast you need to tame though.
The tone sounds too “tinny” like it wouldn’t cut through in a live situation. I’m not into fancy backgrounds or micing amps etc for a demo. Just use a video camera, stabilize it, and play straight out. Seems like a killer pedal though.
SO....how does it differ from MXRs fullbore metal?
seems pretty legit.
can u guys do a same review with tuning e standard ??
What are those Pickups in your JP?
Pretty sure they're Kiesel Lithium pickups.
I just bought this. I hope it’s my first and last pedal. I have wah wah but no tone pedals
do you like the pedal?? Is this what you are lookin for?
What’s the difference between khdk ghoul screamer and khdk dark blood I need one of this pedal to boost the canal red of my Evh amp but I do not know which one to choose between the two 😁
The dark blood is more of a stand alone distortion. The ghoul screamer is a modified tubescreamer and is better suited for running as a boost
That sounds real nice. What's the signal chain?
Lol never mind
Has anyone seen a demo showing how to recreate Hardwired.. To Self-Destruct's guitar tone? According to Kirk this pedal is used on it (with a bunch of other gear im sure)
Sweet toque.
Fool of a toque
What software/program do you use to get drums for your music?
EZDrummer mostly
Where's the wah, brah?
Edit: Nevermind...I saw the price on this thing...I guess you couldn't afford a wah. GEEEZ!!!
oh fuck yes
I find this distortion pedal very fuzz like .
And I thought the Revv g3 pedal was good.. KHDK-Dark Blood is no fckn joke lots of gain with chugging low ends. I need this pedal...
this look fits trey way better.
what about Chinese factory?
just get an evh 5150 (or better yet, save up for an amp)
Fredrik Svärd .. that or a Friedman OD.
@@DROID1018 no an amp
DK, it's David Karren, it's not Donkey Kong
Thank you for pointing that out! Hahaha
sexy sounds
this guy always with the thin trebbleie guitars and the cheap ezmix sound...
Thank you!!! Finally people seem to get that EZMix is just crap when it comes to representing A SOUND. Songwriting- yes, mixing -NO FUCK YOU!!!
declice it may be the pedal. it's a very tight pedal tone.
Sounds too buzzy- Ghoul Screamer sounds a lot better
ghoul screamer is an overdrive not a distortion
I
OHH SHIT YOUR BALD TREY
IT LOOKS TOUGH
Lmao. I was wondering why this sounds like Kirk except hairy and shitty. Oh it’s literally that nevermind
Shite
Sounds like poop.
