  • The Main Central Vertical Flow is the source of our life energy. This pathway flows down the center of the front of the body and up the back of the body.
Harmonizing the Main Central regularly helps you feel centered and ensures that you will have plenty of energy. Some people find it calming and use it to fall asleep, while others like to use it to clear away the cobwebs upon awakening.

This aids the mental/emotional, spiritual, and physical states of being along with supporting the energies which need to descend down the front and up the back of the body.
Hold each hand/finger placement for a few minutes each.
If you're able to feel the subtle pulsations under your fingertips, wait until both the left and right sets of fingers feel as though the rhythm is beating at the same rate of pulsation.
This is referred to as coming into harmony.
(The principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu are much the same as those of Traditional Chinese Medicine/Acupuncture.
For those who follow TCM principles, their practice refers to the Main Central as the Conception and Governing Vessels or the Central Channel.)

Minimal but a quick review of placement, and helpful and I thank you.

You need to hold each one for a while , at least a couple of minutes , try to feel the pulses under your fingertips and wait for them to harmonize before moving to the next one .
