One thing that isn't mentioned or explained here that I highly recommend you do along with this, is practice deep breathing:
1. take a deep breath through the nose
2. hold it for a few seconds
3. exhale slowly through the mouth making ocean sounds
do this 3 times for each finger on both hands.
Not necessary to apply pressure.. just contact is sufficient..It is not acupressure..
