Thank you to share it that way, it's really well explained and inspiring. Sometimes i try to question what "I" am behind all my conditionnings, my education, my culture, my experiences (good or bad)... and feel "what" remains. That Self-inquiry or "via negativa" (seeking which i am not) can only lead to Awareness and a feeling of higher consciousness as you explain so greatly.
Also, your reminder about that we should manage to maintain this State in our daily life, is so important. Even if it's difficult somtimes because the power of mental imprint can be overhelming, it's worth to train and practice for it.

Didi, this is a perfect lecture, a true gem. Such a skill to find an object of matter (pizza dough) to exactly express and explain not only spiritual concepts but spiritual experience and practice and bring it all together in a clear presentation. Namaskar, Didi 🤍💎🌎🙏

when the ball stops rolling it has 0 kinetic and 0 potential energy. learn your physics. or use the example of a pendulum. there is a shifting of potential energy into kinetic energy and vice versa. but go on. Meditation is not a process. everything that leads to meditation is a process, meditation itself is a quality of your being and "watching". confidence is reasonable, clarity is better.
inner transformation is a beautiful paradoxical process. Why paradoxical? Well, if you are trying to transform, it will never happen. It is bound to happen if you grow in awareness without changing anything. It can be slow or fast, and it depends on how fast/slow you are awakening from your slumber.
I see what you are getting at with your metaphor, but I'm not sure if I like it. Why? because it has some assumptions in it.
I have a better proposal. Anything that you observe, or watch is not you. It is a discriminatory process and it may be not for everyone, but it has a powerful potential for transformation without you lifting a finger apart of watchfulness, observation and awareness. use the tools by all means. Use Matras, Asanas, Mudras, Yantras, or anything that works for you, but don't think for a second that by simply using the tools, the transformation will happen. Thankfully, it is not so cheap.
another approach is the opposite. Everything you observe/watch is me. it is an inclusive process and it leads to the same transformation from another end. It is not about identifying with the objects of observation, it is about unifying with the creation and ultimately with its source.
Yoga (Raja Yoga) uses both approaches, depending on the particular Sadhana.
And don't eat too much Pizza.

"Learn this, don't do this, this is better, i don't like it, my explanation is better, etc..." Looks like you're the one who dwells very deep in his mental tho. Clarity is reasonable, clarity without judgement is even better.

@@ubikcalisthenic5440 so, what you are saying basically is that it is ok for "spiritual people" to talk about things they do not know the meaning of. right? if it suits you, I'm ok with it, but as a teacher, it is my task to point out flaws. clarity is not reasonable. it has nothing to do with reason. clarity is the ability to see clearly. clarity has nothing to do with judgment as well, it has everything to do with awareness. . my task is not to judge, but to point towards the truth. that's all. If you don't like it, I'm ok with that, because I don't care if anybody likes it or not.
