- MY MORNING AND EVENING SPIRITUAL EXERCISES
Since I received the cancer diagnosis, I have concentrated on my spiritual practice and I have been doing morning and evening spiritual exercises and have noticed a massive difference in my frequency and how I feel.
This is such an important time to claim your power by envisioning the life you wish to create and living it. It must happen. When enough of us focus on the glorious golden future of community, equality, perfect health, rejuvenation and soul satisfaction, we will bring it forward.
It is personal to me of course and what I feel is right for me. However, I wanted to share it in case any or all of it resonates with you. If it does, please use whatever you wish to or change it to suit your own circumstances. I know that doing this has massively shifted my energy and light levels. And I have loved doing it!!!!
Dear Diana. . . you are a Master incarnate and I am grateful for all that you do for our beautiful planet 🌏 Earth and for us, your community. I do the Monadic Merge Meditation daily and also other spiritual practices that you share with us. I found your new book ‘The Golden Future’ in December 2023 and felt that I had returned to my spiritual home with the Ascended Masters, the Archangels, the Angels, and the light filled Unicorns, Dragons and all the Elementals. Still using this wonderfully healing and calming meditation. I have had a difficult year in 2023 with breast cancer, mastectomy and other complications but I remain hopeful in 2024. I call on my angels and dragons for assistance, monadic merge, and the prayers of likeminded souls and Source Energy. Blessings, healing, joy and peace to all. 🥰
