  • In this video, we give you several good exercises to improve your cervical spine flexor and extensor strength. We also teach you a great exercise to improve cervical proprioception. Remember all exercises should be comfortable and if they make you feel bad...discontinue!
    The laser headlamp in the video was about $15.00.

    good videos, i think i finally understood my neck pain/bad psoures plus some C-3-4 discs degenerating... all. correlates to expisose of non-spinning vertigo, fueled by anxiety which makes me tense from temples to palpitation etc. ironically when I drink wine all goes away...mmm

    Brand new video on cervical vertigo exercises. Most of the exercises should be easy to do at home. Hope this info helps someone out. Best of luck!

      When your every description relates to mine. An injury slowed my activities to lots of rest. Then distractions from devices caused me to have “electronic posture” for hours😕 continuing the weakness.
      I am following your recommendations. Great INFO

    Thanks for this. Do you recommend manual therapy (massage)? It’s recommended a lot but seems to make my dizziness and headaches worse.

    • @physiotipswithmarrow5836
      @physiotipswithmarrow5836  Před 11 měsíci +1

      Massage at best would only give temp relief. Many of my patients have also mentioned increased dizziness and headaches. Slow, pain free neck strengthening seems to have good efficacy. Certain osteopathic manual therapy to C1/2 has been shown to give relief as well such as Mulligan neck SNAGs. See video below. czcams.com/video/Kqp7ifEmtOc/video.html

    I have all the symptoms. I have the MRI and X-ray to support the symptom list. Doctors are still wondering what is wrong with my “absolute perfect inner ears”. Who is giving our doctors medical degrees now a days? This is a tad bit scary after watching students uprising at the universities that lead in the medical field.

    I had a mild concussion due to falling out of a golf cart while it was in motion. I fractured my right humerus which has healed. This injury happened 9 months ago and I still have imbalance, slight dizziness but no neck pain. I did do appropriate exercises while rehabbing my shoulder and even had my spine realigned from my upper cervical chiropractor. However, I’m still having the slight balance issues. Will these exercise help me, despite no reoccurring neck pain or would I benefit from different exercises? Thank you!
