      Consistency is key. Even the towel SNAG a couple of times per day (1-2 min) could greatly decrease cervical dizziness. Best of luck!

    Can you do a video about what a daily routine would look like for exercises? Appreciate all your prior videos! Just don’t know which ones to do every day for relief and healing

    This video is an eye opener to my life… thank you so much because i wonder about doctors degrees here when they take up to 3 months in between many tests and MRIs that doesn’t go anywhere…. I have a quick question, what is the best position to sleep with this condition? I used a cervical roll that one of my PTs recommended me and the amount of pressure on the upper cervical as you mentioned, when i wake up is insane a the dizziness or light headed sensations gets worse..

      Thanks for the comment. I personally like side sleeping w/ a medium firm pillow. Back sleeping would require a softer pillow and stomach sleeping is usually the worst position. Hope that helps and best of luck!

    thank you for the video! what are your thoughts on botox in the neck and traps to help with dizziness?

    • @physiotipswithmarrow5836
      @physiotipswithmarrow5836  Před 5 měsíci

      Botox has been clinically shown to decrease cervical headaches so this could have a positive effect. I am still biased toward neck strengthening for a long term solution. Thanks for watching!

    Do you have a recommendation for a good pillow for cervicogenic dizziness? Or best sleep position?

    I always get dizzy when I do the pencil tracking at the neurologist but they always say it's all good because I'm still tracking with my eyes. Meanwhile my whole head and face start to get tingly and my eyes feel blurry and heavy. Any recommendations on who I should see to get this looked into eg a physio, ent, orthopaedic surgeon etc? Idk what to do anymore.
    I'm in constant pain and spent 3 years almost completely bed bound which made it worse. I haven't been bed bound for the past five years but my body has suffered and I find my neck is super sensitive to any movement.

    • @physiotipswithmarrow5836
      @physiotipswithmarrow5836  Před 3 měsíci +2

      Bed rest will definitely weaken your neck which is number one problem in a case of cervicogenic dizziness. I would seek out a physio that is experienced in Gwen Jull style neck exercises. Standing and walking w/ good posture frequently will start to restore your neck strength/stability. Best of luck and I hope this helped!

    If i'm not sure its cervicogenic dizziness, it is okay to still do the neck exercises anyway? I had an ENT verify it's not an inner ear disorder.

    • @physiotipswithmarrow5836
      @physiotipswithmarrow5836  Před 4 měsíci

      Exercises should be fine as long as they don't aggravate your pain or dizziness. Worth giving it a try most times!

    Will this exercise help with the vision problem related to dizziness from vm and pppd or if it’s cervigenic

    • @physiotipswithmarrow5836
      @physiotipswithmarrow5836  Před 5 měsíci

      This helps dizziness related to a true neck disorder. The upper neck plays an important role in eye tracking but not visual acuity issues.

    My lightheadedness is triggered by prolonged upright position, most pronounced while walking. All of it accompanied by stiff neck. None of the specialists (ENT, Neuro, Cardio) found "the cause". I believe that neck tightness is causing proprioceptive conflict with my gait. What is a good test to check that? Thank you.

    • @physiotipswithmarrow5836
      @physiotipswithmarrow5836  Před 3 měsíci

      If you have obvious neck problems that could be playing a role in your symptoms. I would try to find a pysiotherapist in your area that specializes in neck care. Best of luck!
