I 😅 love 💘 carrot 🥕 cake 🎂! But I only make it from box 📦 cake 🎂 mix 😋. I use 😋 cake 🎂 mix, milk, melted butter, 5 eggs, and vanilla extract. I frost them with cream cheese icing. Me and my 19-year-old little brother Seth love carrot cake. Mommy also loves carrot cake, but she loves it with cinnamon. One of my friends love carrot cake, too.

OMG. The best I've made yet. I had not tried making them with buttermilk before. So good. The insides are fluffy and moist and the outsides got a little caramelized. Mmmmm!! Just for fun I made mini, medium and X Large ones. Topped with cream cheese frosting of course!! Thanks for your terrific recipes.
