Why have you not used intermediate tie at sill level?
It's far better to use PU Foam than concrete to pack the gap between top most block and beam bottom. Zero transfer of load from beam to block when using PU Foam

If you use the top most layer with aggregate and renocon/cement paste it will act as a rigid structure. It will transfer the load from the slab/beam to the walls and definitely crack will induce. Better use bottom of the beam / slab with foam and edges with paintable PU sealant or fill with lean mortar and edges with paintable PU sealant

Yes sir
AAC blocks have low compresion strength (2.5 to 5 MPa (or 2.5 to 5 N/mm²)) while Solid blocks have 5 to 20 MPa (or 5 to 20 N/mm²). Due to this whenever beam settlment happens and fractional bending happens AAC blocks starts cracking.
If block work starts cracking even before plastering.. then what kind of blocks are these ??
Better to go with Solid blocks or bricks, both are PROVEN. Let AAC built houses stand for 10 years, then we can go ahead.

It is not advisable to use cement/M sand. Use only manufacturer glue. Also the glue shouldn’t be used more than the pot life after mixing with water. Check and ensure always manufacturer recommendations for better results
Cement sand mortar can only use as a leveling course in the first layer. Manufacturer also having special bedding mortar for the first layer

It's advisable to go with minimum 8" block.. And try to go with NCL AAC blocks... Many are facing quality issue in Renocon.
