Этот салат у нас называют Козел в огороде. Кратко --Козел. И вот эта какая то кися-мися очень вкусная. Только мы кладём ещё мясо вареное кубиками или колбаску, морковь по корейски, капусту какую то одну, можно пекинку, а в центр выкладываем пакетик чипсов. Этот салат улетает первым.
Когда делаю такой салат, капусту перетираю с солью, лук мариную, заправку делаю, смешивая лимонный сок, горчицу и подсолнечное масло. Если есть что-то мясное, тоже добавляю.
