She's savvy enough to strike a victory pose at the end. Nice!
One word of caution here, while I totally agree that ladies should lean how to defend themselves against attack, in the UK at least, there is a law of "Reasonable Force", basically this means that the person being attacked, can't go overboard when fighting back, they should only use "Reasonable Force" to repel the attacker, and that last move, is a clasic case in point for going over the top for the kind of attack being made. Other than that it was a great demonstration of what to do
The woman in green is gorgeous!
jennifer is awsome but the host steals the show at the end of the clip with her enthusiastic victory pose.
I agree her technique is questionable, but that host is HOT AS HELL!!!
She have millions of street fight skiils&trick. She can beat even Mike Tyson in street fight. Of course Tyson have so much more muscle mass and punch power but she can apply street fight skills, if Tyson can not find one accurate shot he probably get exhausted because of her lethal knee strikes to groin, face etc
I'm NOT a sexist. Man or woman that is NOT that easy to do in real life. The real attacker will NOT be cooperating with the victim & may have a weapon. Good advice for men AND women have a weapon (key's, mace, TASER etc.) in your hand while walking alone and or walking at night. AND men and women DON'T forget to scream & make noise.
So true
it's always the groin :(

There are better places to go for self defense. Much of what she is telling you is wrong. While I appreciate her putting this together as a savvy business move, she needs to be aware of the awesome responsibility that comes with it. For women, much of warding off attackers comes with the element of surprise. This suprise that is ruined by a fame hungry media junkie pandering to women. Stick to the real experts on self defense.
She said eyes and groin. What are better places for selfdefense than that?
