Todd Boehly has no idea, you are correct. He has thrown huge price tags at young players expecting it to work, but in football that automatically makes them rated worse by football ans. For 100 million you are expecting Bale, Ronaldo etc. instead We ended up with a barely functioning team performing at an 8/10 on their best days.
