I have an Instagram page, but I don't post anything 😅. I use DJ Studio to make my mixes but.... I haven't shared those links. Thanks for the push! I'll get right to it and start posting and sharing my mixes.

Feels weird to me now that everyone is a DJ, kinda like that Portlandia episode. Pretty much a home hobby, no one needs to know. Some people do know I did this back in the day, still run into a person here and there that remembers me and brings it all back. I am thinking of keeping a Mixcloud thought.

I'm a Twitch DJ so I mostly let my twitch channel speak for me. I have links to my spotify, email and my discord server there (I'm a producer/writer before a DJ so a google search of my alias will always bring up my spotify first rather than my DJ activities). I make sure i stream at least once per fortnight so there's an example of my DJing skills up on my page. This way, I don't have to worry about traditional social media like instagram, facebook, tiktok etc which i generally hate with a passion.
That is great, thanks for sharing - Twitch/Spotify/Discord does it, with an email contact - maybe you'd benefit from a linktr.ee or similar to bring it all together though?

Very useful as always, thanks Phil. Quick question - should I have a seperate social page on each social media website for DJ'ing? Or have one page on each as usual, that showcases DJ'ing as well as the usual life bits?
There are arguments for both. On Facebook, a separate Page is the best idea. Not so important in IG, TikTok.

Hey Phil, if I use 2 rca cables to 3.5ml jack as my main out, and then use a trrs back to my phone, why is it mono rather than stereo??
the input on smartphones is mono.
