@@behradsays yea, basically just 240sx coils with the rears split shock from spring.
Bro, how do you get the top mount off the end of the piston? Do you use an Allen to stop it rotating when you loosen the top nut? Mine is stuck AF
Now that My front bc coilovers are out of warranty they are making the infamous clunking noise, gonna try doing what u did in the video to them to see if it goes away, thanks
Clunking could possibly be loose hardware. The nut at the top of the shock body can come loose and you get vertical motion on the whole coilover. Start there!
@@behradsays oh believe me I tried everything lol. I made sure all the bolts are nice and tightened, I even used white lithium grease on the coilovers, I saw a CZcams video someone said it fixed it, which it helped for a couple weeks then it slowly the noise came back it drove me crazy to the point I took them off and now I have lowering springs lol
If you you have one blown shock, say on the rear, should you replace both rear shocks?
I would say if they’re super old and one blew out just from wear and tear overtime, then best to replace both. But if one blew out due to an accident or incident, just replace the one
What size damper was it for the br series? Mine recently blew
It depends on the application. The struts are different lengths for different cars. You should call BC sales support and they can make sure you order the right one!

Yeah any corner can be rebuilt! Just need the right parts
Just curious, whats the cost savings of everything you bought vs buying a whole new one?
A whole new corner would cost probably around 250-300, and just replacing the shock body, bump stop and boot, it was about 130 bucks. The bottom strut mount and the top camber plate are big expenses, so if those were damaged, I might’ve been better off with a whole new corner.
