House #3 is the best one imo : big, big rooms, so much light ! Light in houses is really important. If your house is too dark, you'll be feeling dark too :/
We felt dark in the last place, so I know how that feels for sure.

Now I'm in a really bright one and I feel way better! Human are like plants! (I still feel sad sometimes though ahah)

How to firmly & lovingly discipline when the kids got excited. A realistic discussion about pros and cons. Prayers for Anaya, first and foremost. As far as houses, to me, number 3 in a beautiful place to make a your home for your family. Gorgeous kitchen, beautiful bright rooms, lovely view and yard for kids to play. Cul de sac neighborhood, park nearby and close to everything for a family that is active. Being ready to move in seems less stressful with the new baby's arrival. You can make it your own with small changes and personal touches, a little at a time. Hugs to all on this journey and adventure!

Find something nice and within budget but keep away from light carpet, etc. Or if you can, do floors vs carpet. Easier for cleaning

The kids are going to remember moving to a new house😊 my parents moved us to a new house when I was in elementary school... 30+ Years ago & it was so great. Us 3 girls got the master, my brother got his room, & then my parents. That set up worked til everybody moved out😊 happy house hunting

I live in New York I would just fall out of bed if I had a house like that!! 1. Modern and seems to not need any work. Maybe the tiles in the hallway. They seem to be outdated. But the rest seems all finished up
2. Two floors. I don’t like houses that only have one floors ( bungalow type). With two or more floors it feels more homey to me.
3. Big and modern kitchen
4. Price range seems good and i think you guys can afford it. A good house for such a house. Seems decent
5. Like the guy said: it’s close to a lot of things
6. Window in the kitchen + window that faces the garden + window where you can see the kids in the garden. Triple win!

Eczema is no joke. I have the worse of it and its seasonal and permanent. Its gets worse during certain months and its pain to be allergic to a lot of things. I can relate and sympathize with Aniya's allergies

I say the 3rd house....but please make sure your personal inspector checks everything inside and outside the house to make sure that you're not going to be buying any hidden surprises, everything looks great on the surface but what about underneath the surface like the piping in the heating in the plumbing make sure everything is kosher the electricity and the sinks all work there's nothing leaking that the roof is fine make sure your inspection is top-notch before you put your money down please.
