    Great Answers Hassan, since I left a very good society more than 2 decades ago and I plan to come live in some what similar if not better Pakistan.
    The reason I asked some hard questions is because how only trustworthy institution in Pakistan is now hunting down intelligentsia of society
    May God bless you for sincere and honest answers.

      Asalamalaykum borther. Please don't feel offended by my answer, but if you are muslim you shouldn't say the 'G**Ds' word. This can be a form of shirk.

    I would imagine living in a house there are more chances of robbery/theft. Living in an appartment, there is generally more security throughout the building.

    after seen your videos i search my all old contacts and fellows and surprise to find more then 15 families already shifited to pakistan you know saqlain mushtaq (cricketer) he use to live in tooting(london) now he move back to lahore and living in chinar bagh lahore this is simple example
    if you see society movement as after 1947 more then 500K gora was use to live in asia but after division its move back to home land its things are in our (jabilaat). if you notice how much we are social in uk or usa or in europe only 10 to 20 percent but in pakistan we speand 80 percent socilaizations i am not saying to jump back staright without any okanning first think about your income sources then took decision Remember when you guys came uk your pockets was empty Now Alhamdullia you people are feeding back home .

      Yes brother one does miss certain aspects when you are away from your place of upbringing...I think once you have experienced both sides than you can never fully settle in one place without thinking about the other...i e. You really have to choose and nake a decision...I agree with your analysis 👍

    Salaam brother I watched all of your videos great content. The company you recommended for cargo I contacted them they do not cover my area although I’m just out of London but netherless I saw there reviews on trust pilot and it looked awful in all fairness. Any other cargo companies that are trusted?

      Thanks for your appreciation 👍. Normally these company down review each other to discourage customers 😁...but if you see a consitency than it may actually have happened...we personally were also having a difficult time choosing one but going with PDC worked very well for us...other options are the nore expensive door to door container ones... Anglo Pacific was one...PDC also did not cover my area but when I told them that it is a significant amount of cargo and that I am relocating they sent a van over...

    Okay so Bahria and DHA are much better than other ordinary sectors of Islamabad when you compare security and facilities. I think if youre working from home then you dont really need to go outside of Bahria DHA for anything. But what if you are working in Islamabad and commuting on daily basis? whats the traffic like on GT rd and express way?

    • @hassanrafique
      @hassanrafique  Před rokem +1

      Islamabad sectors closer to 0 point onwards are very nice areas so if you can, then staying there would be great... especially if you have to commute...when there is no traffic then it takes around 30-40 minutes to reach from Bahria/DHA but during rush hour this can be 1 hr plus so better to avoid that if possible 👍

      @@hassanrafique Close to Zero Point are G8 G7 G6 which are govt employees sectors and not very nice. F secors are good but way too expensive to rent out. Even a small portion is double the price of DHA.

    • @hassanrafique
      @hassanrafique  Před rokem

      @@X4ALI8080 yes I meant F, E,D and H sectors mainly if one can afford renting there... otherwise commute to ISB is something which many people do so that is the next best option
