hey, if i change to a different pc could i get my programs back by reinstalling them, and signing in?
How to leave default Windows programs? Says Remove all of apps and programs. Will programs such as Word remain?

No. The Windows license is tied to the motherboard of your PC or laptop so, unless you're trying to install Windows on another system, you're fine.
