Take a trip through the Land Of Make Believe and visit your old friends from Mr. Rogers Neighborhood. It's hilarious and CrEePy at the same time. Filme
I remember riding this when I was just the crisp age of around 6 or 7 years old. The feeling of going through the tunnel, and coming out in the Land of Make Believe was just unbelievable. God, I wish I could go back to those days.
Hearing Fred’s voice makes me miss him... the people who laugh are just uncomfortable with the fact that once they pass on, they will be forgotten and nothing they ever did will live on as Freds work has done many years after.
Honestly I'm surprised I haven't seen a channel like Fast Pass Facts or Theme Park Review mention this ride, for an outdoor ride for a small park, these animatronics are pretty good
My parents took all 6 of us kids every year. And I took my two daughters when I became a mom. Now I take my grandson. But with all this corona virus going on I can't take him this year, I wish I could because my daughter just gave me a granddaughter who will be 1 and both my grandkids would love to go I know my grandson loves it
The whole thing was just surreal. The characters and their mannerisms and speaking styles were bizarre. I say this *and* I grew up liking Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood. Lady Elaine usually plays the antagonist in the show's skits, when needed, and she's just plain creepy. Indeed, notice in the video that she already had figured out there would be a Hug & Song Party, asked to be invited, and then, once invited, says she may not come because she's very busy. Just. Plain. Weird. Also, in the final scene before the castle, Prince Tuesdasy and the platypus girl animatronic setup is not working, so the ride's operator says (paraphrased), "Oh look. They must be so tired from napping that they are sleeping in the swing with their eyes open," as if there is nothing strange about the whole thing. Again: very strange. Keep in mind, it was an entire trolley full of people that were laughing in unison. Not one child was present, so it wasn't like their experience was ruined. Indeed, ours was fantastic. Laughing is supposed to be the best medicine and this ride delivered it to us in SPADES.
+texcoaster No child was present: I was JUST going to ask that very question;I hope you didn't mar a kids experience--but you didn't (I would surmise that if families WERE present, you would've been stoic riders, only polite) But knowing that this was an all adult ride makes this all the more hilarious. That poor, poor Trolley operator... ;)
It is my understanding that the entire thing is not being removed, per se. Rather, since Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood hasn't been on tv for some time, today's kids don't fully relate to the characters. I think Daniel the Lion has a show now, though, and that is to be the basis of the ride's transformation.
Taking the puppets to an actual size reproductions is so grotesque as you can see..yes tear this thing down and cause no more horror big size and small size kids...spread salt upon the ground, God save you all!

I laughed when she said "..and there is no throwing anything-- or _anyone_ -- off the side of the trolley."
We don't want to hurt our neighbors LOL
Dawg I miss this so bad. I cant stop crying
Love the laughter in response to the characters 😂
They kill me when they make those excuse when the animatronic break down like that for the ride!
All the people here calling it cringe have no idea what this was like as a kid obsessed with Mr. Rogers.
It’s obvious, pretty sure they probably have no idea who these characters and him even are… 😔
I remember always wanting to go on this as a kid but now it’s just not the same anymore with Daniel tiger
This is way too creepy, but really funny too. The sarcastic hugging killed me.

I like it how everyone was laughing because the person driving the trolley said "pussycat"
