@@PHOENIXAZLIVING Sorry for the late response. Originally from California, but live in Colorado now. Looking to escape the cold and get back to a Palm Tree climate. Actually considering Florida and Arizona. For AZ I’m looking at Eastmark, Cadence, Verrado and Teravalis. I kinda of prefer the West Valley just because it’s closer to California and Vegas, so I’m keeping my eye on Teravalis.

The future Interstate 11 will be just west of the community on the westside of the Hassayampa River. Will the community stay on the eastside of the river? What about the rest of Douglas Ranch?

@@armandoavalos917 Estrella Mountain Is a nice area off the beaten path. I remember when it was first being developed back in the early nineties. I can't believe how much it's changed. People moving out there better hope they don’t need to drive into Phoenix for work or anything else for that matter. The i10 west of Phoenix is already the worst congested freeway in the Phoenix metro area. This community is farther out and will most likely add to that traffic. Expect 1.5 hour drive into downtown Phoenix.
