Ladder seems extended way too far out from vehicle...adds additional stress on it when climbing up/down

My rig is all but done......... roof top tent left!!! After Watchin this I’m goin Smittybilt XL overlander. Already have heavy duty springs but after tent I will redo the shocks an I will hopefully see u on the trail real soon.

Do you know how heavy this is? I'm afraid that the extra weight with the bed rack will start to bend the bed outwards. Do you use a bed stiffener?

Nice video! Does the RTT stay mounted all the time, so that it's constantly exposed to the elements?

cypherja Yes it does. With the metal base and the cover, it’s pretty well protected from the elements. We’ve even taken it through car washes.
