    💠 My Story.
    When I was an undergrad nutrition student at Boston University, my digestive health issues were at their worst. I remember standing in the grocery store re-reading the label on a box of crackers, filled with overwhelm and confusion. I felt totally lost as to what to eat or how to eat due to my digestive issues. After dozens of doctor appointments, ER visits, and medical tests, my anxiety was at an all-time high and my list of “safe foods” was dwindling every day. When my doctors were at a loss for advice and my condition was not improving - I knew I needed to take my healing into my own hands.
    When I finally realized that my mind and gut were connected - everything changed. I prioritized self-care and mindfulness practices in order to pull myself out of constant “fight or flight mode”. Instead of restricting, I started nourishing my gut and living my life again. Much to my surprise, my digestive system responded and began to heal. Through the power of individualized nutrition and lifestyle changes, my health (and my life) transformed.
    Fast forward to today - I’m a Gut Health Registered Dietitian and recovered from severe IBS/GERD. My approach to nutrition counseling is rooted in science and built on the foundation that everyone has unique nutrition and lifestyle needs. It’s my mission (and greatest joy) to help you discover your root causes of imbalance, and share with you evidence-based, integrative wellness tools - so you too can heal your gut, repair your relationship with food, and live your absolute best life.

    I spent a small fortune on all kinds of natural remedies for my silent reflux. Nothing worked until after 18 months of suffering, I finally started talking magnesium glycinate and zinc L carnosine daily for 2 months and it cured me

    I have had lots of health scares in my life and this one has scared me the most for some reason. Losing my voice is the bit I really do fear and constantly monitoring it and keeping it soothed so I don't get another nasty flare up is becoming exhausting. Diet is a big issue too, I have no clue what to eat right now. So glad I found this page.

    Molly, what brand of probiotics do you use? You mentioned NOW for Slippery Elm, do you use their probiotic or which other brands? Thanks for your great videos, I am new with in the last 2 weeks ;)

    Sis can i ask you some questions ?.l have also been suffering from acid reflux and gastric problem,i even went to many doctor,when i am taking medicine for sometime i feel better but again same thing. So, l have been suffering from this about 4 years can i get better by following the home remedies regularly.

    I think biokult probiotics and taking two spoons of probiotic kefir yogurt four teaspoons yogurt additionally increased my B12 levels. I was having one egg daily. Meat once a week. With lots spinach and quinoa. My B12 is now high

      Hi love I don’t usually recommend HCL with reflux or regurgitation! Too irritating if reflux is occurring

    Hi Molly, can Gerd be cured due to Hiatal Hernia? On PPIs but don't help, I want to try natural approach to prevent Barretts. Thank you

    Hey Molly, any recommendations on supplements that help break down food? I feel like I get full too fast even with tiny meals and it feels like it takes too long for my stomach to digest the food, like it feels like the food i ate 3 hrs ago is still sitting there. Maybe I have low stomach acid? Appreciate any advice!

      Also available is apple cider vinegar in tablet form. Increases the stomach acid to digest food more easily and close that culprit sphincter.

    Hi Molly, does any raw juice help with acid reflux/ gastritis/ulcers? Eg, potato/cabbage/ carrots/celery juice?
    For bubblegum, is strawberry flavor ok?

      Strawberry is ok!! I don’t usually recommend raw juice, don’t think it will hurt but I don’t think it’s a remedy

      For acid reflux cure, eat red apple delicious or Fuji apple for a few days and you'll see positive results. It worked for me and my wife and the problem never came back.

      @@MollyPelletierRDI really appreciate all of your content and work but it makes me sad that you aren’t open minded about juicing as another way to heal.
      Also, that Reflux Raft has a lot of negative reviews.

      Yes raw potatoe,papaya,aloe vera,cactus,cuachachalate juice.works wonders,also acupunture.doctors will blame stress and anxiety all a lie.

    The best advice i can tell someone the meds doesnt do the job if your eating fast foods and greesy foods.,also sweets and drinking coffee.change to veggies,fruits,salmon,chicken,take natural supplements like aloe vera juice with papaya and raw potatoes.works wonders

      My wife and I used to suffer from acid reflux for months and we got cured by eating red apple delicious and Fuji apple. Eat those apples for a few days and you'll see positive results. An apple a day keeps acid reflux away. It worked for me and my wife and the problem never came back.

    The chewing gum, does it have to be the bubble gum or watermelon flavor or can it be mint?

      Mint is a reflux trigger so I recommend fruit flavor!

      Hi Molly, first, Thank You for your energy, knowledge & time to help & heal 🙏🏼you are a breath of fresh air ❤ I was diagnosed with LPR in September & needless to say I’ve been fumbling along trying to navigate through to find some relief 😢Very grateful I found you!
      When you say mint is a trigger, do you mean Peppermint & Spearmint? I’ve been using Joyride Spearmint and it really helps but will switch if it’s prolonging my healing! My ENT referred me to a Speech Therapist who has me doing cup bubbling, I look pretty silly but that’s ok, it’s helping to restore my voice!

    I tried HCL for a week it makes my reflus worse than ever ,Try Apple cider vinegar it took me back to PPI ,& Astham medication .Tried L Glutamine & Magnesium glysonate .Im worse than before .What might my problem .Cause take 9 strain probiotics .Nothing helps me .
