I feel bad for most of the homeless people. The way that society alienates and treats them like trash is heartbreaking. You can only imagine the kind of things that they hear on a daily basis. For a brief period, I was homeless, too. People treat you differently when they learn about your current situation. It was almost like I didn't exist. If not in this lifetime, I hope these people find some happiness and help.
A late California governor repealed most of MHSA in 1981. Please don’t blame all of the homeless for their plight. Instead learn what was done to them and by whom that led to where they are today. History is a valuable teacher. Thank you for compassionately showing the humanity behind homelessness. ❤
Sadly, nowadays street homeless are drugs addicts, and they are addicted to cocktail of nasty chemicals such as fentanyl, horse tranquilizer, elephant tranquilizer, sedative benzo, rat poison, nitazenes chemicals, P2P based meth, wasp dope, and other nasty stuff. That is in the pills they smoke all the time. They are quickly damaged mentally and physically beyond the point of repair. Street addicts gradually destroy everything around themselves. The only thing they really wanna is to be as close as possible to their fentanyl dealers. If they are functional, they work as fentanyl dealers till they get zombified. We will never reduce street homelessness without reducing the amount of fentanyl and other nasty drugs on our streets.

Some of my best meals are from the garbage. I am about to open one of 2 Molson ice tallboys I found tonight in the garbage 😂. It's crazy how wasteful people can be. In the winter people toss out McDonald's bags loaded with untouched food... I bring them back home and cook em up back home at camp and put them on a fire for a bit 😂. I even get loads of stale bread from dumpsters and tend to flocks of geese and gulls. Life is good

For every poor person, there are countless stories of immigrants arriving in the U.S. speaking no English and having no money but they became successful because they refuse to quit.
