I really can't stop thinking that Paimon is the Primordial One. I mean, if we look on what happened to Greater Lord Rukhadevatta, where she exhausted all her power to prevent the spreading of forbidden knowledge, her appearance turned into a child-like one. And given that Primordial One and the Second Who Came had a one-on-one battle, Primordial One must have also exhausted her power and what comes next is the same scenario that happened to Rukhadevatta. Ehh, just a theory though🤷🏼♀️
Because true information hidden by the Irminsul can still be learned through stories, I’ll bet Venti knows what’s going on. I also think it’s important we see Venti telling us the truth of what happened to us twins in the BP cutscene. Maybe the twins really are from this world but from Celestia. Son and Daughter of the real Primordial One. Cursed to forget why they were attacking the heavenly principles and cursed to roam the land again and again. Venti’s greeting shows that he’s met us before but we don’t remember. It could be because of the stories he knows, his memory is unaffected.
Also inb4 someone mentions the Irminsul has no information on the current Traveller. We don’t know how much the Irminsul can be changed nor the limitation on the changes. The twin we’re playing could be the one everyone is cursed to forget, even themselves.
Also consider, if they’re children of the Primordial One, they could qualify as descenders, especially if they’re half seelie.
And the second who came is the one who also destroyed Khaenri'ah too!
If the second who came altered the Irminsul to make people believe that he is the Winner than won't all the things with people's memory be altered through Irminsul as we saw with Rukhadevata. Thus the book Sun and Moon would've been altered too If the second who came Won. :)
Yes he most likely changed the fact that he won and the Primordial One lost. We don’t know yet how hard it is to change information in the Irminsul or the limitations of it.
in all likleyhood before sun and moon as mostly a fairytale and wild mass guessing on their part survived as they didnt know the truth.
I wonder what the deal with The Unknown God is. A lot of people say its Paimon, but im pretty sure that was debunked.

Unknown god is one of shades from Primordial one too, known as god of space(just theory tho😅)

i actually thought that you will say "the sinner" in the end but i was surprised with paimon lol, anyway all of this really does make sense but the part about the second who came when they change history about themselves and the primordial one in the irminsul is probably wrong because the irminsul doesn't have a history about them in the first place because they are like the traveler.
Its true that the Primordial One's history wont be in the Irminsul, but the Teyvatians' memories of that god most likely exist in the Irminsul

I always have issues with theories that the second who came is impersonating the Primordial One because there's too many indications that correlate to the duality between Dragons and P.O in the war caused by the second who came (I mean, are the dragons/Dragon King ruling Teyvat? hard to believe since their whole point is being losers at current time), but I will play devil's advocate and point a really obvious "plotline" derivated from gnosticism (as a very well known primary inspiration for Celestia and the worldbuilding) - So gnostics, as a branch of early cristianism, also had a lot of issues with the biblical texts that we perceive now - the important one I would point is the diference between the God's personality in the old testament and the new testament. The old one being a punishing god and the new one being a forgiving god. Well, as said, they weren't only gnostics, they were also christians, and the way they menaged to answer this concern is what we know of gnosticism today: the old testament God was the Demiurge who dethroned the Original Christian God prior to the old testament events - after that, Jesus, as a human incarnation of the Original God comes back and menages to put the real God in place of this fake demiurge. This also brings their interpretation about Lucifer and some demons (such as Paimon, Barbathos... Well you get it) - I mean, they rebeled against the demiurge - they aren't supposed to be real "devils" for the gnostics, and Lucifer, also, gives knowledge to the humans in the Eden, through the Apple, the original Sin - A very direct relation between Sin and Knowledge remembers me of what? well.. It would certainly make sense with the worldbuilding of Teyvat, with the "gods" being the "fallen angels", the obvious imaginary of the treveler and both Jesus and Lucifer (or the Sinner having some information about the Original God)... And obviously, the Demiurge dethroning the O.G.
I like this theory also if you hold to the idea of Paimon being the Primordial One and this were true than the end of the game could see Paimon self-sacrificing as part od restore balance to Teyvat which would be a satisfying ending I think and also would just make sense from a gameplay perspective as no new quests makes their character irrelevant (and satisfies both the Paimon lovers and those wanting to see them yeeted at the end of the game)
Fascinating theory. I really enjoy the lore and speculation videos. Although we don't know the whole truth yet, we probably will end up having our questions answered in the end, it's still a very interesting theory that should be taken into consideration. I mean, this is the point of the whole video, it's a theory video, something that some people don't understand. It's just speculations, nothing concrete. Everyone can have their doubts, but they still should be respectful towards the content creators that make these theories video since they are as I said, just theories. I also like to speculate about different stuff like the location of the remaining nations on the map, and their geographical aspects, but that doesn't mean it's true, and the end product, it's still just my own speculations. This was a really interesting video, definitely learned some things that I didn't know before.

So what happened other descenders thier memory can't changed by irminsul so they know about who won between. So maybe they are traitors or aren't they?

there is no mention of who won or if it was a draw or what happened at the end of the fight between the dragons and celestia, it is only known that the dragons caused a cataclysm that can be described in before the sun and the moon that sent enkanomiya towards under the sea.
There is also no mention of phanes outside the book before the sun and the moon, literally everyone knows the celestial principles that speak of various individuals not of phanes, added to the whole it is not known if, to begin with, phanes is already alive who could have died or sacrificed to save teyvat and from its fragments the current gods will be born, like Greek mythology with several gods who, after their defeat, other gods and beings are born from their blood.
Lastly, 3 key pieces are missing in all that event from 6000 years ago, the first we do not know anything about Celestia's side, and the second the event was erased from the records and the dragons that almost destroyed Teyvat, the latter said by Apep, never they were condemned or set up as villains, in fact they ended up helping the celesitas through the archons in the case of Dvalin until now and surely Apep in his thirst for knowledge ends up allying with nahida.
And the third, what happened at the end of that battle? Why did the dragon king stop fighting even though Celestia was already weak to the point of being silent for a long time?
we know a lot about one side but nothing about the other side of celestia, it is too early to say that we know the secrets of it.
I have a few questions ....
(1) Did the Archon War happened before the war between the Primordial One and Second who came? I'm asking because the Gnoses were handed down to Teyvat after the Archon war .. If it was before the Great Calamity then the creator of Gnoses is likely the Primordial one - but if the Archon war happened after the Calamity, then the Gnoses was created by the Second who came which brings me to my second question;
(2) Was it The Primordial One who stole powers from the Sovereigns and created the Gnoses? or was it the Second who came that did so? ... Also, was it the Primordial One who killed the Third Descender? or was it the Second who came?
(3) If it was the Primordial One who created the Gnoses, then why would Deshret refuse to receive it? This is in line with your other video that theorizes that Deshret is a Shade of the Primordial One
(4) Neuvilette recovered his predecessor memories when Focalors destroyed the Hydro Throne ... but even after then, he still does not show animosity to Paimon - whom you suspect to be the Primordial One .. What does this mean?
(5) Does it mean that Paimon is not the Primordial One?
(6) Does this mean that he does not know? or does he not remember the face of the One who vanished them, sovereigns, from the world? or .....
(7) Was it not the Primordial One who vanished them? Like maybe ... just maybe, the Primordial One did not vanish the Dragons after she created Teyvat .. and that they were only vanished when the Second who came had come to impersonate her - which is why Neuvilette does not show animosity to Paimon
The great calamity happened over 6000 years ago, the archon war started over 3700 ago. What we know about the gnosis is that "The usurper and one who came after created the Gnoses together". Deshret refusing the gnosis was part of his rebellion agaisnt celestia. Neuvillette not showing any hatred towards paimon is bc he doesnt know what the primordial one even looks like plus he wouldnt suspect paimon because of her size, powerlessness and stupidity to be THE usurper who defeated his kin. The book before sun and moon lists the events in chronological order, the primordial one defeated the sovereigns then the second who came descended and fought the primordial one.
My theory is bit more out there than the second who came won theory. I think that the second who came still lost but the contamination of forbidden knowledge caused celestia to disperse the nails , to protect the rest of teyvat. The chasm is where the solar chariot hit, but who was inside it? And what came after? Abyssal invasion.
Then the nail came which converted the forbidden knowledge into the black ooze so it's less damaging (though still nasty)
I'm still on the side of the second who came is the sinner and he was placed within the crystal and thrown down from celestia in the chariot.
However I think the PO themselves used so much power that they themselves are not in celestia, and that maybe paimon is the resulting entity. (much like nahida becoming a child again)

@@kim_genshin yes I did and The primordial one’s actions do you seem very out of touch but if you really think about it The second who came probably did devastating things in the past they brought for bidden knowledge in the abyss into teyvat which is why the celestial nails were made so they can clear the abyss corruption but the result of the people sadley dying God’s perspectives can change like ei and her eternity and possibly the hydro archons perspective on justice soon also apep says that The dragon king came back to you teyvat after a while and since for bidden knowledge or I guess the abyss can change one’s appearance is possible that’s a dragon kings appearance was also changed as well due to it making him unrecognizable which is also why Celestia thought they were a Invader

Hmm. Well the PO winning is pretty likely but the explanation for the change of personality is simple enough and is told us in the lines "The Keeper is fading, the Creator has not come". The PO is out of the picture for some reason and a lieutenant is filling in aka "Keeper" or "Sustainer". In addition this Keeper may be the 1st heir of the Gnostic Chorus in which case they have been manipulated by the snake into thinking they (and not the PO) are the true rulers of Teyvat. This sounds a lot like the corruption that can happen with Forbidden Knowledge or Abyssal energy, both of which seem linked to the 2nd Throne. Also if the lieutenant of the PO (presumably a shade) got dinged in the war it might explain not only their poor judgment but also the fact that they are "fading" (wounded/poisoned).
By contrast I don't see a lot of merit to the idea the 2nd Throne won. If Celestia is the 2nd throne why do they care about humans at all? Why not just kill them all? Why have a system of Archons to protect humans? Plus which two forces are fighting in the Chasm if it's not the 1st throne vs the 2nd throne aka Celestia vs the Abyss?
Even Celestia wanting to cover up the past makes more sense if Celestia is run by a corrupted / wounded Shade. If they are corrupted to think they are the real original god and king of Teyvat, they might not like people going around saying "no, you're merely a creation of the PO". I really don't see any motivation for a victorious 2nd throne to bother to pretend to be anyone else. If they won the war then nobody left alive is going to trouble them.
the thing is we don't know what second who came goal is, they just appeared in teyvat and declared war against the primordial one, so we can't say why would the second who came care about humans because we don't even know what they are thinking in the first place, and the chasm fight can't be between the primordial one and the second who came because the creation of the chasm was about 6000 years ago and the fight between them should be much far longer than that.

The clearest evidence for this comes from the description of that domain that's in the NW part of the surface Chasm area. It talks of three events that moved a lot of earth (1) Apocalypse (2) the Nail (3) Zhongli vs Azhdaha fight. Well maybe the Apocalypse wasn't much longer ago than 6000 years like 7k or 8k only. In any case since we're told both the forces fighting in the Chasm are from beyond the heavens, what on earth could it be except Abyss vs Celestia? At that point if you claim Celestia is the 2nd Throne you'd have to say the PO was the Abyss which is nonsense. We're repeatedly told the Abyss is evil - a Cosmic Horror. And btw as a Cosmic Horror figure, it wouldn't have any motivation that mere humans or gods could comprehend. It's knowledge would be forbidden in the sense of knowledge about eg Cthulhu mythos entities drives humans insane. The Cosmic Horror cannot be understood; it's too alien. But it's destructive impulse is well known.

Is it possible “The Second Who Came” is Zhongli? Even though he is retired and over 6000 years old, (Teyvat is 6000 years old) he still retains all his powers, and is watching everything very closely. I even wonder if he called the Travelers. They were “heavenly summoned”. There are only a few persons on Teyvat that have the power to summon beings like the Travelers. Zhongli, the Tsaritsa, Alice, Gold, or the Jester.

Doesn't make much sense. The Dragon King went off planet to find power. The Abyss is not off planet. Besides which the Abyss only got created by the 2nd throne so it didn't exist yet. And if you think the Abyss always existed then why didn't the dragons use it to begin with? "Hey we're getting our asses kicked here should we use that nasty source of power we've been aware of for millions of years and is right there on our own planet to fight back?" "naaaaah, let's wait and see how it goes." Plus how much of a coincidence is it that Abyssal energy is the opposite of Divine energy if the Abyss was just some random thing on some random planet the PO happened to arrive at? And how exactly does the PO not recognize the dragon are fighting him again when all but one of them didn't get the forbidden knowledge. Did Apep sit that fight out because she was in a sulk at having no forbidden knowledge of her own? Did Dragon King not bring enough to share? And why are we told the two forces that fight in the Chasm are both from beyond the heavens if the Abyss is from Teyvat?
And if it's the Dragon King in the purple crystal why isn't he all bent out of shape at humans like Apep is? Humans are the pets of the PO who is the enemy. Dragons don't like humans generally, but this one especially. Why is he saying he'll shed a tear at the end of time for mere humans?
First, Apep never mentions what happened to the dragon king, he only says that when he returned (he doesn't say where or if he was reborn) he observed what was happening and understood that the age of dragons had ended, but he never mentioned where he went, What happened to him, where he is, therefore he cannot be the sinner, although he could be the second to come.
Another wrong point in the theory is that it is never said who won, until now there is no mention of who won, either it was a draw or what happened at the end of the battle, the dragons literally caused a cataclysm in teyvat one that almost erased everyone. The humans, but everyone forgot this, even the function of the pillars, it's as if everyone's memory of what happened had been erased and Celestia took the blame for everything, freeing the dragons from the blame.
