Fami is named after family mart but pronounce is not. In Japan "a" is always "a", Almost Japanese can't hear "father, further, mother, family". Maybe mother or fun is most similar to Japanese "a" IMO. So, we Japanese say "Fami" like you say funny.

The anime creators are the ones who choose and hire an artist to write the intro songs, not the band. Saying that, Lovebites WAS chosen and hired to create the anime opening theme song to "Vladlove" a comedy anime. The song's title is "Winds of Transylvania". Music video vs Live concert video... Quite a bit of difference. Not complaining. I agree that this is one of their better music videos because it does show their personalities and the human side of the band members. When Asami hits her high note, and Midori matches it, I think Midori's guitar carries the note for a second or two beyond Asami's vocal effect. I may be wrong, but that's my perception. I absolutely love these ladies and I am in awe of their talent. Thanks guys for a great reaction.
One big objection. The new bassist is not better than the old bassist. Fami just fits better to your taste. They are just different. Fami didn't play metal before joining Lovebites. She slaps and taps a lot on her bass but Miho is typical old school orthodox style. Miho is a great fan of Steve Harris and she plays bass just like he does. IMO, Miho and Haruna made perfect rhythm section as a combination. I love both Miho and Fami equally. Fami fits perfectly to the new direction of Lovebites but I also love the sound of Miho era. About the phrase "stand and deliver", I don't agree with you but it's just matter of our personal preferences.

Popularity is like American Idol. The best is never the most popular. More people eat at fast food restaurants than restaurants with healthy foods. Because it's easier and everyone is lazy. LOVEBITES is not a cheap discount. That's why they aren't popular like many of the lesser bands. Most music today is easy 3 minutes, maybe 4 at the most and not fulfilling like junk food. 🤘🤘
