@@XOMaCenna I hope I’m not too late for you to see this, but there are flexible molding products. You might check them out in case you want to add more, or use in future projects! It might give you ideas that aren’t limited by rigid materials! Or maybe use in your stair designs... you never know!
Another thought I had about midway, before you started on the design you did, but I was thinking layering precut arch “moldings” out of the 1/8” sheet and possibly routing the edges, or somehow mimicking a curved casing at the top, with layered and routed pieces...

The transformation is lovely. How you share your thought process, the setbacks and successes is the magic here. Your authenticity. If I could make one suggestion-it’s for you to slow down, give yourself grace. This room is more than a three part transformation. Walk us through your choices for the stair wall treatment in one episode. The fireplace treatment, your decisions, techniques and why in another. The front door and window treatment in another. You have a rapped audience. We aren’t looking for speed-we’re looking to be included, which you do so generously. Give yourself grace. We aren’t going anywhere.

Just love this - sitting in my small front garden in Scotland in the fading sunshine with a glass of wine after a long day at the office, feeding the birds and watching making such a difference and inspiring people across the globe!

MaCenna, the collar on the right side looks crooked in the video. I hope that's not the case in real life. The doorway looks fabulous!

The arches look a little Art Deco. Love the soft arch. Looks more like it goes with the house.

Gorgeous!! I must say that I absolutely love “ Behr Markee Paint & Primer in One “. It’s amazing quality. It truly is a one coat paint. I have been using it for the past 7 + years on all my projects. Nice work Mcenna. I always learn so much from your videos 😃

I feel like, with the style of the house, a simple arch would fit better. The victorian style trim, you are adding, looks like it belongs in the cottage..

I love your style! But I think those chairs are far too big for the space. They make the room look really unbalanced. I think they'd work better in the family room as it is a much larger space.

I love the uniqueness of the crown moldings it is something that I haven't seen before. I love those two little framing's on the side of the arches. I love the combination above the artis it's a very unique look

Love this! I imagine the wall with arches painted dark, and sconces added either side of the arch for a really dramatic entrance..! But can't wait to see what you do!

Soft arches look nice, but original arches were unique to the house. It's as if you're looking for things to change on a whim 😮

I know you love what you do, but when I watch The Asher House and wonder why he does not have 10 times the viewers you have, it breaks my heart. Fixing curved archways is no comparison to rescuing unwanted animals.
Please, give a shout out to him!!!

You rarely make a minor mistake or have something you’re doing go wrong, but I really appreciate you showing us when it does happen what happened and how you solved it. It’s really helpful for us and can help us prevent making the same mistake. So thank you McCanna so very much and great job, by the way👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
