Maangchi hello! I was working in a Korean food restaurant here in Mexico and I tried Gabi but for more flavor we used to add cinnamon to the marinate mix, it makes the Gabi more delicious! Maangchi can i ask please whats the name of the beef grill its not bulgogi or galbi i ate in korean resto but just forgot the name the dipping sauce is black sesame oil with some salt and pepper and also samjang.i live in far city now plus im not sure if the resto is still there as many years has been pass.thank u so much.

Wonderful recepe. I love Korean BBQ. Am in Houston so I know my bbq. This is an easy recepe. The prep is lengthy but so worth it. My sister inlaw in S. Korean and. Hope she’ll love this. I love having her over when my brother goes away on business trips and making her dishes she loves to feel at home in our home. She comes to stay with us because she loves our farm and loves pitching in while my brother is away. Keeps her busy she says.
