Yesterday's Ukrainian air strike in Crimea targeted an S-400 missile system located on the Tarkhankut Peninsula, likely carried out using ATACMS missiles. Initial reports suggest that Russian air defenses failed to respond effectively

You have to lie to cope, I understand
In a civilised country, losing 1400 people in a day would be an absolute disaster, they just call it a ”Monday”
We lose more than that in drug overdoses a day in cities like Detroit and St. Louis…

Thanks for not quitting us Artur. The free world needs you right now. You ROCK bro!!
I absolutely understand you Artur. I've had to deal with heavy depression for almost 25 years now. It's a constant struggle. All the world's problems such as this war doesn't make it easier on anyone. But I choose to be aware, and not to look away or be ignorant on them. Everything comes at a price in life. Which is why it's priceless to have friends and folks who understand each other. Which I consider this channel to be, since I found it some 2 years ago. SLAVA UKRAINI @Artur Rehi, and thank you to you and to Artur's Army, for all the support & work all of u guys put into this 💙💛💙💛🙏🙏🙏
Well said, you are not alone either in the illness or in your decision to not look away from this awful conflict.
I’m a farmer, not a large landowner but a small acreage farmer with some pretty average to poor land, a flock of around 250 sheep and a few other livestock, some fields that I lock up in the spring to make hay later on and a couple of fields that I grow veg in to sell from the farm gate.
In some way staying fully aware of the struggle that Ukrainians face every day in preserving their homeland, refusing to accept occupation, is such a stark and visceral reminder of how fortunate I am that it puts my own inner troubles into perspective.
It helps me to gain a better sense of proportion about what is actually important in life.
Not the petty irritations, not the frustration of finding what I might see as a problem when in truth it is nothing out of the ordinary, not the self-defeating feeling of inability when one is actually completely competent.
Those things are just artifacts of depression, they do not exist except in my mind and when I become aware of them now I think, “how does that stack up against what another farmer like myself, on the other side of Europe, is dealing with?”
Another man just like me but who is also fighting to defend his family and the land that he loves like I love my own.
That reminds me that anything can happen and probably will, but facing a struggle doesn’t define what is possible, it’s how you face the struggle that makes the difference between success and failure, or at very least the gaining of the knowledge that will lead to a better outcome tomorrow.
Slava Ukraini!

I remember a study that found that depressed people are actually more realistic than mentally healthy people. So the solution to depression is to focus more on your internal goals and dreams instead of letting any outside circumstances drag your mental health down. Keep on fighting the good fight brother, it might just as well get better eventually.
Same here. The more we focus on the challenges and the dark parts of this world, the more we open ourselves to depression triggers. I've been taking anti-depressants for years now and they do help me - sometimes more, sometimes less. I wish Artur a speedy recovery. It is a debilitating condition, just like a broken arm or foot is! But a load shared is a load halved.
@@pyxxel @Tim666 @robm.4512 Thanks guys for your kind and considerate words regarding our health and the war.
Yes, it makes one humble seeing how privileged we are in our lives, despite the occasional burdens and challenges. Compared to Ukrainians right now, it is all nothing.
Everything in this world is interconnected, so I believe. So, thx for your advice - just like Ukraine will overcome this, so will each of us overcome our own challenges. 💙💛🙏
Depression is not to be taken lightly. Very good to hear you're speaking about it and seeking help - DO NOT GIVE UP!!
I lost a friend a few months ago who didn't talk about his struggle - he tried to go it alone without telling anyone, always putting on a happy face, laughing and joking.... then -- BAM! He was gone. 😢
Keep speaking about your challenges and surround yourself with positive, supportive people. 🙏 💙💛

I'm proud of all you've done with the fundraisers and raising awareness of Ukraine as well as mental health. It's not easy talking about, but you're helping make the world a little more compassionate of a place. Slava Ukraina
Well said. I totally agree!
Artur, you are dealing with some very heavy, difficult problems and it's no wonder you're suffering with depression. You're a very special man and you're doing extremely important work in bringing the war news to the World in a very human and intelligent way.
Good luck on your next Ukraine adventure, it must be a terrific morale boost to the embattled Ukrainian troops and people who learn the depth of International support behind their efforts.
Keep doing what you're doing, it's your mission, your calling, and it's vital to keep the fund drives alive. I feel I'm doing my 'bit' by a small financial contribution and I hope you continue to seek funds and help from your growing audience. Slava Ukraini, and watch your back!! 🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦

Artur, it's not easy to be so honest and vulnerable about mental health. I think I speak for most here that you give us hope, put smiles on our faces and make us feel unified in supporting Ukraine. I know depression, it's a disease and you must take care to treat it. Sounds like you might need to check into your own needs. Don't feel bad to take a break and recuperate. We support you until the end brother.
It's easy to see that Artur is both intelligent and empathetic. After all of this is over and Putin (and Russian authoritarianism) is dead and buried, perhaps he can become a politician or a spokesperson for people suffering from depression. I am sure he would be successful at either one.
Aww she's afraid aswell ..GOD LOVE ❤️ THAT LITTLE GIRL..IT'S HEARTBREAKING 😢😢
Wishing you a speedy recovery from your dark phase. We're here, brother. We're here.

Niklas, not to be disrespectful or anything depression isn't that simple. His depression isn't going to go away because the war is no longer on. If it was that simple most people would only suffer from depression for a while. It's a lifelong struggle that you have good days and you have bad days regardless of what's going on around you. We just need to be understanding and supportive of him. And I am sure you're trying to be and I compliment you for that. But like I said you don't ever get over depression you just learn to cope with it.

Buddhism among other beliefs teaches us that helping each other out and caring for others, even if it's just virtually or emotionally helps very much in dealing with one's own issues, or our own issues. Why? Because everything in this world is interconnected. What happens to you today, may happen to me tomorrow, and vice versa. 🙏☸
Watch all of your videos artur, really become part of my routine.. I also suffer from depression I'm sorry you are having a hard time.
Hi Artur. I want to share with you that you'r not alone with the depression problem... I myself am 71 years old and have been depressed for a long time taking Zolofts and Victans with ups and downs, since these last 40 years... Since my 1st wife died,(40 years ago,, when we - both me and her we were 30 years old)and even having married again twice, I never fully recoverd. Lately I am retired From my work of associate prof. of the school of sciences of the University of Porto - Portugal, I have devoted my time to following the Ucranian war and to fly ultralights in the weak ends.. I must admit that the recent news of Ukranian losses, have taken a toll on me and I have been getting a little more depressed. But, we must keep our morale high...!!! In the bottom of my heart, I know Ukraine shall prevail and Putin shall finish in the graveyard (maybe even killed by his own soldiers....). Keep up the good spirit and thanks for your Ukraine work. I think it is fantastic...!!! and SLAVA UKRAINïI...!!!
I have been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, complex PTSD, and clinical depression as well. Thank you for your honesty and vulnerability. Standing with you from Wisconsin and looking forward to brighter days ahead.
I don't think I've ever commented on one of your videos but I'm a daily listener / watcher. Thank you for being open and honest about your mental health I think it helps a lot of other people. I'm sure this comment will get buried under many other similar messages I just want to say it's glad to see The human side of creators that bring awareness do mental health and the importance of it in our daily lives. Thank you for all you do for the warriors of Ukraine and for the average viewer. We appreciate you sir!
Depression destroyed my family and caused me to lose everything. I'm still crawling out of the hole I dug myself into with depression. DON'T IGNORE YOURSELF, like I did.
Biff, it's not too late to seek treatment bro. I've suffered with depression most of my life and I've just started getting regular treatment in the last couple of years. Take my medicine daily and go to a therapist about every 5 weeks. It helps.
I am also in this fight. Meds are helping. Stay strong! You. Are. Going. To. Make. It.
Same here mate. It's difficult to know something is wrong, when the wrong is normal to you.
Remember one thing: It's not your fault!!!
Self accusations aren't doing anything good.
Self forgiveness does miracles.
It's not easy to love oneself, when you hate what YOU see in the mirror. Other people, intelligent people, see something different.
Turn to the person they see in you (whether you believe them or not), and say, at least THINK a couple of supportive words three - four times a day. It's a good start.
Self-care is very important. I tried alcohol for too long, but there is nothing for it like figuring out who you really are.
We love you! You are a very special person too millions of us! God bless you and God bless Ukraine!
Really Brave to tell 650k people that admire u sir that u have a heavy case of depression lately.
I’m a paralyzed US Marine and I go through the same. I put on a happy face for my wife n kids but inside I’m dying. When they go to school n she goes to work, I close all the blinds and sit in my room in complete darkness. Don’t turn on the tv or listen to anything. When they get home the blinds get opened and then I’m back to faking it
Artur, I got depression and anxiety from ADHD, which I didnt get diagnosed until I was 37. I couldn't figure out where it was coming from my entire life before that, but then once I gave it a chance to be explained by ADHD, it was made 100000% clear to me why everything in my life was turning out the way it had.
I want people to know this possibility, depression is awful. Stay strong, friends, even though it's going to feel like all you have is weakness. We are not alone, depression does not have to win every day, take care of yourself and pick your battles.
I don’t even know how to navigate the issues in my life now and the cost of living your comment makes me wanna cry. Hugs ❤ I agree though to try, depression does not need to win everyday. I hope you’re doing well friend, thank you for adding positivity into the world.
Well said,and I agree.

Depression is a thousand pound monster on your back who weighs you down, whispers awful thing in you ears, and randomly cuts onions under your eyes at inappropriate times. At times it feels like monster is literally beating you over the head with something, as it feeds on you energy and any attempts to fight it & gets heavier & heavier- bigger & bigger and the worst part is no one else can see the monster on your back, it's invisible to everyone else, so they just make assumptions about you....they either think you're lazy or think you can magically make the sad go away by thinking happy thoughts! HA! hadn't though of that here let me try....happy..happy, joy..joy..no......ugh, the toxic positivity is worse that the criticism for me, personally. I'm really Glad you Talk about it!!! But above all you don't have to be a beaming ball of sunshine while you're talking about a war....it's war, it's neither happy or pretty, and things haven't been gear for a but now, and my country was to blame- it made me sick to my stomach to watch the support that was so desperately needed be stalled by those...people for the lase 7 months while the others also weakly. I can't even count how many petitions I singed how many letters I sent asking to get support sent...every week....knowing that everyday people are dying or being maimed, it's been sol crushing... so I really don't blame you for feeling down after 7 months of horrible news ...just please take care of you if you need to take a break for your health you know your fans have your back, we cae about you& your health. You are THE Artur. The General of Rehi Army. You will manage, You already prooven it 100 times over. Stay safe. Everyone is geting sick sometimes, we are only humans. Get wel soon. 👍
Don't be so hard on yourself. It's pretty normal to be depressed about what you're seeing - even on meds. You are greatly invested mentally, physically and emoionally in this. Eat regularly, exercise, get plenty of sleep, don't drink much, pet someone's dog, talk to a child and do activities that get you out of your head. These won't fix you but will help bolster you as you go through this time. Prepare your heart for things to get worse but don't lose hope things will get better.
One of the things nobody seems to be talking about. The US is getting real world experience out of this. It's been a long, long time since the US fought a war against an enemy that had similar weaponry.
The gulf wars, Iraq, Afghanistan, even Vietnam they severely outclassed the enemy.
They're getting to see what their weapons would actually do against a rival. And adjust accordingly.
Strategically and even financially (when you look at the jobs increase and the money being funnelled back into the US economy), this war is gold for the US. Helping Ukraine win should be a number one priority for every NATO country
💯 This is something I often point out to those that feel that supporting Ukraine is bad. Nato can learn a lot and I’m sure we do. My country, Sweden, is now a member of nato and I’m pretty sure all kinds of log files are sent back and that the Ukrainians add what they can. It’s not just the US that benefits from this.
The US isn't fighting in this war. Thats precisely what the US is trying to avoid actually. The US is arming another country and supply intelligence. This is par for the course for the us, or as I call it: Another Monday.
Saddam had the third largest military in the world at the time. Equipped with the latest Soviet equipment. Maybe he should have shopped in the west. Incidentally, Russia is using much of the same equipment in Ukraine today.
@@thejac0b1te36 Russia doesn't sell their latest weapons, saddam lost to a coalition of over 30 nations.
Russia's best gear is still 40 years behind the US. The US doesn't have a near peer adversary.

I damaged my back and partially severed my left sciatic nerve ,I lived in pain every day since 10.40am,26/06/1996.. my family and friends ( you find out quickly who your REAL friends are at times like these) help me continually. Without them I'd be gone by now. Hang in the my good man. You have a purpose in life few of us are called upon to be anything in life bar parents etc.
You're wanted/ needed/ loved and a good person. Keep smiling and we'll keep smiling along with you. You're not alone. I'm here to talk to if you would like. 🏴🤔😇🏴

Artur, that's how depression operates...
I've battled depression over a decade now and the 1 thing I've learned is, that sometimes you go up sometimes down.
Main thing during a downturn, is to keep pushing ahead ❤

Your supporters love you (and each other), Artur. The world needs positive fighters like you and your viewers. Never give up (any of you). You are all an inspiration!
I too have struggled with depression. Praying for you 🙏.
Artur...you are as close to the suffering in Ukraine as anyone can get without being on the frontline. Take care of yourself, Brother...PTSD is real. But with the help of God, your army of Brothers and Sisters across the world, we wish you only to be well. Sending you vibes of strength across space and time. We, your Army, called Rehi, are with your every second of every day. Bless you, Brother and we ALL LOVE YOU!
I just teared right up seeing that girl protecting her cat, she is around my two granddaughters age. They will grow up hopefully never fearing the reality of war. My heart.
I'm with you, the poor girl being strong for her cat is so sad. Hopefully they can find strength together. She looked the age of one of my sons. I can't imagine what I'd do as a parent.
I've seen children do this. It's a way of calming their own feelings. So she's being "parent" to the cat, but also talking to her own frightened inner self.
Putin is pure evil!
My granddaughter too…I had the same feelings…
Stay strong Artur, it's very good that you are speaking of you're troubles
Silence is depressions best friend
What you do is very important and appreciated. Love from Canada
Hang in there Artur, you are a good man, and you are loved, and you are making a difference for the better.
Hello my Friend, It's Monday and you are crushing it! You are going to rock this week. You are going to crush this week! We stand with you.
Thank you SO much for your candid honest talk about depression. I get VERY 'world-weary'
Tired of death and wars.
Then, like today, here on a beautiful sunny Spring day-- here in Coastal Southern California-- I've thought : "Why. why am I like this?"
But, I DO one thing that I SEE in you; caring so much CAN be exhausting.
And helplessness is frustrating.
YOU. you my friend, are doing exactly what is needed; YOU help me. Knowing you're another human being, being decent.
Take care, and THANK YOU for being such a great YOU! The BEST.😊

My last dog was a Blue tic Walker Beagle every storm it was under the bed with the first crash. We now have a pure bred Pomeranian and she will stand in the middle of the yard and bark at the lightening (little dog syndrome) she will bite the ass off anything. Thanks for the video Artur.
God Bless from your Canadian Friend. Take care of yourself man see a doctor and maybe change medication. I too suffer from depression.
😂
Hi Artur,
I know exactly how you feel. I have struggled with depression since I was a young child. I did not get help until I was literally staring into the abyss. I recently had an episode when MAGA was withholding Ukraine aid. I often felt depressed when I watched Ukraine content but could not stop watching. Stay strong my friend, soon aid will be flooding into Ukraine and russia will be reeling back on their heels. Thank god for Zoloft (which I take on a permanent basis)! Best wishes for your health and Slava Ukraini
Take care Artur, we Will be here for you as well as you here for us.
