Delpratt Family, l like that you are again showcasing one of St. Ann’s beautiful community. The land space is very big, and it’s not far from the sea, which is a plus. Pretty soon all these units will be sold out. It’s nice seeing these fancy developments all over the lsland. Portland, St.Thomas, and St. Mary need some of theses. These Parishes has .a lot of coast lines and needs redevelopment. Keep up the good work Peace.

Sometimes the developments are not yet finished so there wouldn’t be much to show. Developers often times get the model units done first while the lands around is still hardly touched

Why dont you go build one of these houses and sell it cheaper if you can. That is the asking price. The house is worth what the buyer is willing to pay and the seller is willing to accept.

I am a license professional construction Business manager in Ontario. Canada .the government of Jamaica housing agency that issues building permit should close down and starts a new agency with professional buildings inspectors that would have not issued permits and passed the final inspection of these builder's and their home that they ignorant continue to build in a tropical islands with out building the house floor higher from ground level .then later when those home owners got flood out they expect the government to provides financial assistant. People. My fellow Jamaican put pressure on both the government and these builder's to make the changes now before you ever buy any of these houses...... Pls...where are the geological engineers and the NEPA. Professional..reports.........

The front door should open inwards.
You,can put a small chest of drawers inside the closet for your panty and bra stockings nightie tee shirts etc.Shirts pants or skirts cam be hung above the chest because those items are not full length.Thats how I had my girls room.
