You can get good returns from short term rentals and also from property appreciation. These types of properties attract higher rental rates than most. You can watch the video above that we linked

This was real good. Good quality including soft closing units. Nice wardrobe space in the last home too. More realistic to the actual amount of clothes people might have as opposed to just enough space for people visiting / passing through. 👍

Thanks for the video guys good job, for me the house is okay. I don’t like houses with no entry you just walk into the living spaces and having a toilet next to the kitchen is a no no. Rooms are small but this is targeting a certain clientele . I like big houses with land so I can grow food! Bless up

What does the neighborhood around this community look like? How close is it to the town?
Wow, one of the biggest bathrooms I've seen, all the rooms look larger than most of the other homes. Love the layout and what is being offered,, only thing I miss is a decent verandah or back porch..... Dont know if the additional free wifi warrants the HOA fee of 10G per month though.

They are really nice. Does it have hot running water? Can you quote the amount in USA dollars because you're lost me quoting JA dollars . Is there any contact information.
