I toured some months ago. Guys remember that the home comes with standard fixtures but I think you can upgrade as need. Speak to the community manager as needed

Thanks for this. Especially when you have new projects, please include the room sizes, and if the doors and windows are hurricane impact rated. Would not want to buy a new home and need to cover the windows with plywood in a hurricane.

@@expatlifestyle6069 No, I dealt with my lawyer and Shand investment and liaise with their representative. The process with the builder is good, they listened and you are able to make interior changes and importantly for me they were accessible.
Congratulations on your property. I can just imagine you can’t wait to start enjoying it. Question: at that location did they happen to mention or include if the property can be used as an Airbnb/short term rental?

Similar to the Ocho Rios Country Club concept but a much cheaper budget selection. The Country Club is light years ahead on every level.

The complex is in a prime location. So I can see why it will cost over JA $38,000,000. The modern fixtures is my kinda style. Mr. & Mrs. Delpratt, will the association allow Air BnB rental?

Hi ! I saw both your videos ! This one in ochos rios at Lancewood or the other location in st Mary’s at sanctuary farms. Can you tell me which location and house you liked better . Trying to decide between these two sites ?
Both of them are quite a way off the main really. Lancewood will have a pool. We will delve into this some more in an up coming video.

@@sealinkclub1891 People see this as an investment for Air BnB, that is the reason I believe for paying 38 million Jamaican dollars !!! Foreign buyers are prepared as well to take on second mortgages in order to get into the Air BnB business

Again I appreciate you bringing us new homes but is there a way where you can show like a villa type of homely feel...the cabinets are too small for the kitchen 42" cabs will be suitable..very basic, another thing the bathroom cabinet kitchen cabinet and bedroom closet is the same...type and style...

The location and the interior design is amazing but I'm not too fond of the outside of the houses.
The outside is not finish yet, because it’s an active construction site. I toured some months ago and was informed that the landscape will be beautiful

AIR BNB justifies the price for people, many people all their lives they just jump on the band wagon !!! Whatever is the trend, they will set themselves to jump on the band wagon !! Basically jumping the band wagon, makes people feel as if they are bright !!!
price is not only base on the house itself but the amenities, roadways, pavements, stormwater drainage, sewer system, water supply and boundary walls

At least this company selling newly built town houses with modern updates in a gated complex where you are guaranteed good neighbours, but then again you have some old junk selling in Jamaica for all fifty (50 million) and sixty (60 million),JMD millions like say people ah eediot !!!

Primary bedroom is too small. It should've been at least 18x14 or 18x16.
Only two bedrooms? That's crazy! If you have more than one or two kids, what do you do? Guest can't sleep over. It doesn't worth $38m for a family four or more.

Nice video. But that layout is not great. Only one toilet between 3 bathrooms and one half bath is very poor. That alone makes it a no for me. I also dislike the way all these properties pretty much have no back yard.
I do like the Pergola.
There are 4 toilets in the house. 3 baths and one half bath.

The House is still under construction, and if you notice the electric panel was also unfinished. The builder will have a complete finish and clean Home for purchase. I toured there some months ago.

It is very unfortunate what happened to Donna Lee and we sympathize with her and her family.
1. Those topics are not in line with our channel’s niche.
2. Several other bloggers/vloggers have already been covering the topic and have done an excellent job.
3. It’s an on going police case and we are not close enough to the matter to offer significant input without speculation and hear say.
4. I noticed you only mentioned Donna Lee but there have been so many cases of persons going missing in Jamaica and they were not mentioned in your comment and highlighted. We sympathize also with these persons and their families and hope the wider Jamaican show them and their family the same level support and not being selective and only reactive when select cases like these come up.
