520,000 usd no pool no entertainment area.. tiny yard… they feel a little too close together for me for that price and not excite by infrastructure and green space or lack thereof.. am sure airbnb crowd will love it though…otherwise great views of Ochi and great video!
That’s not correct
1) the prices actually started out at 270,000. They now are at 300,00 and up to the price you quoted. There are many styles and types.
2) there is going to be large green space next to lot 3
3) there is a club house currently under construction expected to be completed this summer. It consist of a gym, pool, meeting facilities and entertainment facilities.
Nice homes, but very pricey for small houses.

Hey for me there are just too many houses, I don’t get a cosy feeling. It’s feels a little cold, developers trying to maximise profit but doesn’t always pay off. Richmond Estate works and is one off the best in Jamaica

At a similar phase Richmond looked exactly like out this looks now. It’s hard to see because if the current construction phase. Have a look again in a year. I guarantee ur going to be singing a different tune
