You're the best out of all the other videos i watched. you explained and showed directions from main road to off roads and how to get there. That is very important to me. You have a new sub keep up the good work.
My husband and I went to JA last November and we saw both homes. We really loved the 3 b/r home. The bathroom sinks could be more modern in the master if possible 2 sink. But overall we liked the 3 b/r over the single family 2 b/r which was small. Thinking of buying.
I think that 3 bedroom is over price and the Primary bathroom they could have made a double sink instead of the big shower with the space on the side and the closet should just be left open as a walk in with hanging rods and an upper shelf........ it's just my view but great video footage.

The 3 bedroom has a common mistake which is to claim you have a breakfast bar but nobody I know can fit their legs under that counter! Also, we would need to ensure that the access road will be addressed. I have friends who have had nightmares for years after construction regarding the access roads. I hate the sink in the bathroom! Totally impractical and will be very quickly dated. Too much melamine and no undercount sinks….that is a no, no! I love the showers but not a fan of the tiles. In general, it is okay…not the best I have seen and not the worst.
Would the elders need to fit a auto stair lift to go upstairs. People can buy young, but what about when illness steps in, so is the stairs lift accessible. Stair lifts can be purchased for such disabled needs. ,, 👀☺️😏😏😏😏
