Just a few minutes into your video, I just wanted to take a moment to appreciate your efforts trying to speak in Hindi, despite the fact it's certainly not your first or second most spoken language.
👏🎉
I lived for 7 years in delhi so that helped!

The humorous short clip in the end is a great way to close the video

I swear I've always loved your content but sometimes following through feels like work because of all of the English. This seems more fun and homely thanks.
Thank you!
As a vegan, my meals are mostly protein deficient. Thank you for sharing, I will change my diet plan :) 🙏
You can definitely consider soya chunks. I didn’t mention it because the target audience was dairy-friendly old people
I watched the English one. Shared this on my family group!

Hi, You're Doing Wonderful Job With Right Explanations.. I Want You To Make Reaction Video On Dr. Berg's Indian Pot Belly CZcams Video .. He Has Explained With Another Angle .. Like Specific Kind of Gut Bacteria of Vegetarians.. Etc.. Please Explain It In Your Style ..
I will check it out
It's pure nonsense. Fibre doesn't cause indian pot belly. Don't watch his video. He promotes cringe carnivore diet. I am a non vegetarian btw
Very informative video! Also please explain if it is safe to take whey protein daily? Also what's the best way to consume whey protein?
Yes it is safe. Just try and get most of your protein from food. Use whey for meeting extra goals. Just consume in water (or milk)
Really informative video for someone who can’t calculate their macros, especially the elderly. Thanks for your efforts 🙏🏽
But isn’t the statement that we SHOULD NOT take more than 2g/kg protein a bit misleading? As in it may be inferred that 2.1 or 2.2g/kg is harmful ?
Instead, you could have said that protein intake more than that doesn’t add any extra value?
Please correct me if I’m wrong!
More than 2g is generally considered not useful and for many people, could cause problems
How much protein consumption cab pose risk of increased uric acid and gout?
It is very very hard to consume that much protein in an Indian diet
50gm Soya chunks 100gm paneer le skte hai kya daily as a vegetarian? I am 22 year old body weight 55 doing exercise daily
Yes
Sir can we add Sattu/ Roasted Chickpea Flour for protein addon??
No. It’s not much protein. It’s mostly carbs
You are still at the first stage of calories in vs calorie spend level of health knowledge. Everyone starts with that as doctors believe in that.
It's a long way for you😂
lol OK enjoy
Bro deliberately avoided soya chunks... 😂
It has got the highest protein content.
Yes, I find that a lot of older people (who are the target for this) find it very unpalatable
@@MasalaLabHindi whatever... My grandpa loves it.
On the brighter side, it's a cheap source of high quality protein for vegetarians and vegans... Maybe, you should promote it.
