  • This is an exercise for the front of your shins, the muscles that dorsiflex your ankle. This exercise is commonly prescribed for people with tight calves and limited dorsiflexion. Focus on pulling your toes up as far as you can with each rep.
    This exercise can be combined with a calf stretch.
