Wood Mizer Saws Large Hickory Log (time lapse)

Wood mizer sawmill sawing huge hickory log into grade lumber. The lumber is going to a place in upstate Pennsylvania.

Good looking lumber. Did you get through all that with one blade? If so, what's your secret?

Yea charles, actually I usually only change twice a day. Once in the morning and again after lunch. I found the turbo 7 are best for longevity

@@IntoTheWoods1 I've been using the 747's. Haven't sawed much Hickory but when I have it eats up my blades. I'll give the turbos a try. Thanks

@@charlespryor7837 I tried the 747 back when they where the rage but ended up going back to the 7°. I thought the 747 dulled a lot faster and when sharpening, it was harder to set the teeth
