This is a popular Carlist song from the third Carlist war.
The soldier asks his red beret of the Carlist cause and proclaims that with his rifle he will kill more liberals than there are flowers in springtime.
Guiri was a pejorative term used to describe the liberal supporters of the Bourbon-Anjou.
The Carlist were very traditional and very catholic rebels, that stood for the restoration of the Spanish Bourbon-Parma house, as opposed to the French Bourbon-Anjou.

"Guiri" in modern Spain's slang means foreigner, especially from Northern Europe or North America, but in that day "guiri" meant "soldier of the Liberal Army". Another interesting fact is that during the Spanish Civil War (1936-1939) this was sung (by the Francoist) but with different lyrics, instead of "guiris" they sang "rojos", that is "reds" ("soldiers of the Republican Army")

And it is said to come from a deformation of Cristino, that was the name of the supporters of queen Maria Cristina during the First Carlist War

Tio. Soy española. He estudiado historia de España toda mi vida. España si fue muy importante, pero es MUY ESTUPIDO decir que mas que Inglaterra o Francia. LITERALMENTE el mundo es como es ahora por lo que empezaron Inglaterra y Francia. Wtf
Obvio España fue mas importante que otras naciones, pero bro, decir que Inglaterra esta peor? Decir que Francia esta peor? De España no surgieron grandes cambios socioculturales comparables a la revolucion de francia, lo que supuso el imperio napoleonico y su forma de extender las ideas liberales o la revolucion industrial, por ejemplo.
Solo quedarse con la historia en America es simplificar hasta un punto absurdo. America ni siquiera suponia la mitad de los conflictos Europeos, cuando se disputaba territorio apenas se mencionaba el americano pasados los roces por el tratado inicial. Como en la paz de Utretch, literalmente España dio todos los territorios Europeos a otras potencias y ninguno Americano.

Sublevouse cos seus partidarios dando comezo á Primeira Guerra Carlista. Representa, asimesmo, a división do país en dúas faccións: os ultracatólicos tradicionalistas partidarios dunha monarquía absoluta, os carlistas; e os partidarios dunha monarquía de corte constitucional, que apoiaban á raiña Isabel II e eran coñecidos como os liberais. Aquí está a orixe do que se coñece como "As dúas Españas"...
